Yeah I’ve definitely been there with those lost packages. They could’ve put more care in how they protected the item before shipment. Makes all the difference and can deter customers especially when they see honest reviews such as yours. You still nailed it

I loved the look Clare. I had the same problem when I ordered the wilderness palette and it got lost! I panicked coz I thought I might not get it but luckily my refund came before it sold out, so managed to order it again. This time it arrived unharmed

I know that u didn't mean to go higher with the green shadow dear Clare but i loved it higher, especially with the darker shades u used x Such a shame it came broken Clare, my heart sunk for u, its horrid when it happens x Its a lovely palette but I'm still not sure if its for me. I'm loving the Odens Eye Christmas eve and Christmas Day palettes released today....have u seen them Clare? £80 ish for both!!! so a bit out of my price range x love Alli and Bella XXX

I was hoping to try my dark fantasy pallette but unfortunately it got lost in transit too... I had been waiting 3 wks for it to be delivered... finally I got a response from bb and they are now refunding me.

@@ClareWalch I was absolutely gutted , I ordered myself the dark fantasy and I ordered the Abh soft glamour palette, brow gel and mascara for daughters birthday, it took bb 4 days to dispatch then as soon as it got evri it disappeared, couldn't get any information from evri, it took bb over a week to reply to my e mail, bb don't have an actual phone line to talk to someone directly, that was the first time I have ordered from bb , I won't bother again...
Soz the hair makes you look so old need a red shade. I defo think your needing good exfoliate or something when see your look close your skin texture is so so bad. Nothing sits nice on skin no matter what the product
I film in 4K so it shows up every little pore and bit of texture on my skin. I like to keep my videos raw and real and texture is normal, I think it's important for my Subscribers to know this. Thank you for watching and your opinion though 💜
