I am 85 so remember when elvis first got popular and made songs we could jitterbug to. He was popular and good looking immediately. He really has stood the test of time and is loved more than ever.

Another girl invited to the movies! This looks to have been the standard routine for Elvis where it was something of a juggling act with different girls on the circuit who weren’t aware they were part of a bigger game

I don't know, I think Elvis was probably sleeping. He gave direction to his entourage to invite attractive women to the movies. That way, if he is not interested, then she just tags along and he wishes her well at the end of the night; if he is interested then he gets one of them to obtain her number.
I think he was watching her with his cameras. He was watching the Alden girls while they sat in the Jungle room too. Kind of creepy.

Fantastic work Billy and I'm sure I will later, but let me wish you and your family & our Elvis Family (The Smiths, Ashley Drew et al.) the very merriest of Christmases and a Happy New Year!!! Elvis was such a large personality and so much more than a singer that it's wonderful inasmuch as we are able to, all these years later, sit back and enjoy and hear these stories. While I don't have it exactly right, but to paraphrase - and whoever said the following definitely had it right:

Baah lol I was 12 when he passed away my Mom got to see his last concert she still loves Elvis to this day and listens to him everyday This lady is beautiful and very blessed to have met him I almost can't wait to get to heaven and sing in the Angel Band with Elvis 😎😍😘

I believe every part of her story except 10:50 She knew she was going to the movies. She said it one minute earlier LOL. She was just being innocent in her surroundings. I'm from Ga so she is known here and admired. Can't wait for the other 2 SG!
I loved her on Hee Haw. Another show my dad watched all the time growing up. My sister's best friend growing up played Burt's daughter in Gator. Lori Futch.

I watched her other interview. It seemed that Elvis already saw her via security camera n spotted her to bring in. Overall she was so accessible at any time. She should have played hard to get.

Yup, after watching all Elvis' girl stories, he had routines. Tall, slender, beauty paseant, invite to movie theater or hotel private dinner with silk pajama on, first date, ask girl if she wants to be his gf, then shower with expensive jewelries, car, cash etc to keep her around. Then drifting apart n move on to next..He dated multiple women same time.

This is a really sweet lady, but I hate to say it: Elvis did this with countless other beauty queens. Sought them out, gave them expensive jewelry, cars, TLC necklaces, then moved on. It’s sad he couldn’t commit to one woman for life. He left a lot of broken hearts in his wake.

I bought his book online & it was autographed , had an Elvis scarve & a ticket stub from the concert in Houston

Her face looked to have tanned with sunglasses. Just reminded me of the harm any tanning does. Hair styles in the 60's were the best ever, short and long but the fashion of tanning did a lot of needless harm
😏 I’m over 60. I have had a real sun tan every year of my life that I can remember. From the northeast to Florida, to the mid south.
I have people that are casual acquaintances tell me that I look I’m in my 40’s. It happens 2-6 times a year. The sun is a natural source of vitamin D.

When u think about it, Diane here, Priscilla, Linda, Ginger, Ann Margret to name a few, all had these sweet quiet soft voices. Yes, Elvis def had a type
That's wright, except for Anita, you can hear her voice when calling with Elvis on you tube.
It seemed that he liked woman who can carry the conversation with him and keep him a company. To me Ginger really didnt fit into his type except alook like young Priscilia. Other women, Mindi, Diane, Linda, Ann etc had own personalities n were good conversationist. They were pretty fun to be around, outgoing stuff.
