For people having trouble with the white dodge, there is a door on the back left wall close to the prize ride, choose spectate test track then go back inside the LS meet and keep doing it until the dodge spawns in.

You do NOT need a nightclub or an arcade! You can simply vist another player's nightclub or arcade by being in their organization or by not being in one at all and requesting to enter one, I tried this since I didn't have either, worked fine for me!

The dodge doesn’t always spawn got to go in a couple times or it to spawn because the cars are random just in case you didn’t find it
