The twins Minerva and Drusilla are visiting Jon's in order to see Garfield. But Garfield would rather flee than be manhandled by some overzealous kids. Jon, having to entertain them, decides to tell them the story of Penny Henny, the worrisome chicken who thinks the sky is falling. But they're not interested in stories, they want Garfield. So Jon decides to put a little twist on his story, with Garfield as the trickster who decides to have some fun with Penny Henny and the rest of the little town. But it's all fun and games until Penny Henny and the rest of the gang run and tell the wrong person: Freddie Fox.
