I was 100% positive someone would say something about using the loader as a workbench lol. But i came here to comment about cut quality with it on its highest setting. I rebuilt an old Farm Star (Worksaver) mower and it didn't cut the greatest at 4 inches where i like but 3 inches is amazing! It too is a rear discharge.
He did a good job and nothing wrong with user a front laoder for a work bench.

I would not rely on the front end loader hydraulics to keep the mower safely elevated while crawling underneath, but that's just me.
You need to learn to use jack stands, They might save your ASS one of these days.
