The cassava root crops are very good to eat, you can grate and add sugar and grated coconut then wrap with banana leaves in a small portions and cook like in the pot just like how you cook the sticky rice also cook as pan cake cassava cook with many styles, you can also boil after cook pound it then mold into small small roud then roll to a young grated coconut its sweet and nutritious foods
In the Caribbean country we take the skin and boil until soft, put some olive oil, little of salt and garlic is great, also grated rap with cooked ground meat or fish or crab meat they call those in Puerto Rico "alcapurrias"

No Brasil, chamamos de macaxeira, mandioca ou aipim. A massa que vc adquiriu, depois de lavar a macaxeira ralada, chamamos de goma e fazemos a tapioca. Que é tirar toda água, esperar secar, peneirar, colocar um pouco de sal e fritar numa panela bem quente. Então, primeiro esquenta a panela (sem colocar nada) Coloca a goma ja peneirada e com um pouco de sal, numa espessura não muito grossa, bem juntinha, (formado uma massa parecida com uma pizza)deixa fritar um lado até soltar da panela, depois vira o lado, pra também fritar. Quando os dois lados estiverem fritos é só acrescentar o recheio, que pode ser qualquer coisa, assim como uma pizza. É muito deliciosa. Can I give you a tip making cassava cake? 😇 Use a grater smaller than the size you're using. Grate the Cassava, squeeze the starch out (do not rinse under the tap). Add in coconut milk and sugar to taste. Wrap in leaves and steam.
What you just did with the starch, bring coconut milk to a light boil, then slowly add the starch and sugar to taste, it should look slightly runny and eaten as porridge for breakfast.
Boil Cassava with a bit of salt in the water, have it with your lunch or dinner.
I've noticed in a lot of u tubers, Cassava is harvested and cooked for pigs. Pigs love to eat them raw and good exercise for there jaws and teeth. 😆🙏
Yes, it's important to clean the pots and buckets used to cook the pigs food. 🙏😇💞

Tenta cortar a mandioca nesse implemento de ração. Penso que de duas em duas que caiba no bocal do aparelho verde vai mais rápido. Aqui no Brasil cortamos mandioca com cascas para,os porcos e galinhas eles comem como se estivessem achado na natureza.
Meu pai lavava a mandioca e colocava numa máquina que cortava em pequenos pedaços e deixava descansar 24 horas , colocava um pouco de sal para dar aos porcos.
