I gotta try this build out to get some more meta progression quickly to get some of the better stuff unlocked. As far as the reverse controls, the biggest problem for me is that I almost always walk into an enemy and take damage as soon as they reverse. I can react/adjust, but not instantly.
Why does the character look like a Karen? EDIT: Lingon, or Lingonberries. If you visit an IKEA restaurant you can get Lingonberries to your meatballs. It's so good!
I really disagree with your take on the reverse confusion mechanic. I hate it when it happens to me, but I just have to git gud... I think it's a good mechanic. A proper punishment for me being stupid enough to get hit. First time I've disagreed this much about any of your takes Sifd.
We always hear how this build or that build is busted, but this is a whole new level. Absolutely insane and great to watch!

even if you don't need it the shrine can respawn so shouldn't you just take it?

15:00 That only activates if a single red heart is all you have. Having any green hearts disables that relic.
The item 100% works with just one red heart and full green hearts… green hearts do not count towards that relic
