Why not? He's witty as hell and very personable, he'd fit in with this bike-geek crew no prob. But his solo thing is it's own awesome animal and the J.Pow addition worked out great on every level.
Jeremy’s recent videos like this one are the GCN content I’ve been missing. The US cycling experience has some unique components and it’s great seeing them here. Looking forward to more of the same!

These two have phenomenal chemistry and are both perfectly comfortable on camera. Fantastic video. I also loved all of the modernist homes in the background of the LA hills.
I remember LA from the days when you rarely saw the ocean because of the smog. LA, all of California, for that matter, is making great strides to a cleaner environment. All cyclists should applaud them. Phil Gaimon is classic Southern California. Loved this segment.
@@stevenmeyer9674 I've lived here all my life. It might be marginally better than what it was in the 70s maybe but it all looks like shit from Catalina Island/El Cajon Pass no matter what you think it looks like from the inside
I warm to JP more and more every time I see his content. I'm not into Gravel Biking but I now find myself watching whenever he's got something going on. His interviews are outstanding.
More Jeremy like this. He's perfect for this style of vids. One of my of my favorites so far! Need some more Phil/Jeremy rides too, the banter was great!
While you’re in Southern California ride from Ventura through ojai to the top of Mount Pinos near 100 miles last nine are at 8% from 6000 feet to the top have fun
Did Phil and Jeremy just invent a Strava sport? The relay looks like big fun and why not, two mates having a go and having a laugh. And Phil is a GCN natural and he could be like Ryan Seacrest, gettin' all Hollywood by smiling' for the camera everywhere. But he really does need a new hat, one emblazoned with Retired My Eye, as Cheech and Chong might say :)
JP, love your envoius realization at the end... or is it envy.. no matter. I think you both just established a new strava KOM segment. RGR : Road Gravel Relay, which is awesome, boom goes Strava. Frkn awesome content, keep it up. Would love to see GCN mix it up with EF racing at fun event. Show the cycling world how to play and have a great time!
cracking collab with the king of retired content. LA seems to have some similar vibes to HK, easy to get up a nice big climb over the hills here within minutes from the city.
The secret is out... LA rocks for riding. I agree with Phil - Latigo Canyon is our crown jewel for road riding, but Yerba Buena has been repaved, and Mulholland from Little Sycamore to the Pacific is closed to cars so that loop in either direction (clockwise or counter) could now be the best. And the MTB in the Santa Monica Mtns is great too.
Oh there is a whole video "surprise" on that. From - Wait for a tail wind, all the way to the dubious- whole group ride to bust KOMs.... cyclist are bonkers
@@DKRacingOnline Those are supposed to be labeled as a 'Workout' ride so that they don't apply to KOM's. Anyone who doesn't do so is a scumbag, quite honestly, and should be shunned as a human being.
Can GCN have Phil as a presenter. Ok? at least now and then. He has stage presence, natural presenter/commentator. I have read his books and I ride in his Fondo's.
Man I could never imagine Gaimon in this channel. Bravo Jeremy you're making the best content
Well, he was already there with the Taiwan KOM challenge, and it was pretty funny.
Why not? He's witty as hell and very personable, he'd fit in with this bike-geek crew no prob. But his solo thing is it's own awesome animal and the J.Pow addition worked out great on every level.
GCN have struck pure GOLD with JPowers, easy style, great content & pure genius.

Happy to hear you've enjoyed Jeremy's recent videos, Rob! We can't wait to share more videos from him with you!
"I'm a youtuber. You can only do that here. Oh and in Bath" Gaimon's deadpan humour with an FTP of 800w
Hahaha
08:57 first time I see Jeremys pain face, just realized he´s always relaxed and smiling. Great presenter, always great content when he´s on duty!
More collabs with Phil. He's the man.
Jeremy and Phil are rewriting the way you can ride a bike and make a living at it. Southern California is a perfect canvas for their adventures.
I would love to see Phil Giamon and Taylor Phinney interview each other.
That would get pretty far out there, pretty quickly. I'd love it!

It's endearing to see that JPow legitimately pushed himself and opened up those lungs to see him coughing thru the rest of the vid. Nice job.
Mr. Powers is KILLING it!!!! Keep up the quality work. #philthethrill

It was a windy post-rain day when they filmed, those are usually clear. It still looks like shit 70% of the time, don't misunderstand!

I was in LA the other day and found some really cool bike gear behind a fire hydrant...
J Pows reaction to Phil’s speed suit is PRICELESS 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

"Im a TH-camr now! That can really only happen in LA... ***Straight face*** and Bath." LMAO Classic Phil.
"get all these stupid grams off your bike" - love it
Powers is seriously making great content. Keep it up🤙🏻
"everything is fake in LA jeremy"
Jeremy: bruh
Even the KOM haha
Phil is quality, love all his books and TH-cam channel. Hope he gets his medical bills sorted out. Great work !!
Dear Good'r, I bought a pair of your riding glasses because of Phil. Thank you for sponsoring such a kickass guy!
Phil Gaimon in GCN is superb , bravo
Two of my favourite TH-cam channels coming together. Absolutely wonderful!
While you’re in Southern California ride from Ventura through ojai to the top of Mount Pinos near 100 miles last nine are at 8% from 6000 feet to the top have fun
Your videos are always spot on. You keep inspiring me. Keep up the good work.
Great content!!!! Right up there with the time Phil was DS for Matt and Si in Taiwan.
That was so entertaining! More Jeremy Powers. Jeremy, do a segment in San Diego! So much good riding down here!
"This tastes weird, but ok..." - I love the dry humor in this video.

Gcn : Dont check yourself out in Glass while riding.
Also Gcn : Waves at Glass

Another great video Mr Powers. Well done. Looks like a pretty fun day you two had. Makes me want to move to LA!
Great collaboration. Love the way you stay real Jeremy.

Phil saying LA and Bath 😆😆

That camera cut to scenic b-roll at 4:50 when that sedan decides to cross the double-yellow to pass.
Fantastic again (after seeing the Velo L.A. segment)!!!
Best GCN video. Ever.

Jeremy's last two segments have been fire... 🔥
❤️ both these guys
Now I want Jeremy to sum up my whole carreer while i indulge on a delicious cookie twice the size of my smile.
love this! Phil and Jeremy making cycling great again .... :)
I had no clue that some riders stripped off their gear, unloaded their spare tube, CO2's, etc, for KOM's.
Oh there is a whole video "surprise" on that. From - Wait for a tail wind, all the way to the dubious- whole group ride to bust KOMs.... cyclist are bonkers
I know a few riders that have mates lead them out with a vehicle to draft and snatch KOM’s. The sneakiness is real

Oh man riding for the day with these two would be hilarious! I'd pick these two over anyone else I think.

I like how the intro with the car is almost identical to the way GCN introduced Jeremy when Si came over to check out American gravel riding.

Once again, Jeremy delivers great fun. Nice job everyone !@£$! :)
Curious about the aero impact of Phil's boxy sunglasses versus a front zipper. Nevertheless, USA! USA! USA!
Now THAT'S what I'm talkin' about! 😀
I think Jeremy and Phil should be the offical GCN North America!!
GCN: they like American things now .
Best. Video. Ever.
Anyone else feel like they knew all these places already from playing GTA V?
In this video a presenter from the best youtube cycling channel and some gcn thing
Great chemistry boys.
What a combo , magic
Jeremy needs to come ride in Pa.
These two are the best! I would watch hour long shows with them.
