BAJAJ AUTO 205 (TUK TUK) STARTER MOTOR REPAIR

HI GUYS
This video contain how to repair the Bajaj auto (tuk tuk/three wheeler/ricksaw) starter motor.
This starter motor is used to start the vehicle and also this not using for Bajaj two stroke auto.
In this video i have showed how to remove it from the vehicle and then clean it,repair it and again fix it in to the three wheeler A to Z i have showed it.
When i do this repair i have faced some problems.first brush holder cup (brush holder mount) in side bolt has broken. then i drill the cup and use nut and bolt for that and then armature commutator has worn out then i repaired it.These every thing has showed in this video.
