- Tim McGraw reveals that he hit a low point in his life after suffering from a year of painful experiences and several losses in his family. He credits his wife Faith Hill and his kids for motivating him to heal himself and get in the best shape of his life. Tim also dished about his new book “Grit & Grace: Train the Mind, Train the Body, Own Your Life.”

My loss was two years ago when my husband passed away from cancer, then my son took his own life nine days later. My loss has been so tremendous I always said I have my son to lean on and looked so much like his father reminded me of him, now I have neither one of them, and my loss still takes a toll on me to this day. And I don’t know how to get over this or what to do 😢

That is so very sad...that is a very huge loss but I have to encourage you, if you are a believer in God, to pray and lean on him. It would probably be helpful to have a hobby that takes up your time as well. At the end of the day if you feel like you are not coping please talk to someone. Take care..

They are a beautiful couple I am thankful to see they have stayed married happily and I realize there are hard times bad times. But they are together as a family. Seems more and more out children are being pushed to see it as a negative thing. Not everyone has it where it lasts. People get mad and hurt. I’ve watched friends work really hard at it and they don’t stay together. But when you see the ones that last it’s pretty magical . I always say thank you to God to see it.
Damn, Tim is 54 and is in better shape than many people half his age! I wish I could hire his personal trainer to whip me into shape. 💪🏼💪🏼
