Kayak fishing Simpson Creek (Heckscher Drive)

Another TH-cam collaboration, this time I'm fishing with "Reelin with Red" and we go out to Simpson Creek in the Hobie kayaks to see what we can catch. We saw 2 different tarpon roll while out on the water.

Is this launch point the bridge right next to Kayak Amelia?

Unfortunately there’s construction 🚧 happening right in that area. We used to park off the side and drag our kayaks down to launch into the creek.
I’m interested to see how well you’ll be able to do that when they finish.
It’s a great creek to fish.
