I am of the opinion that using general form of a circle x^2+y^2+Ax+By+C=0 is better and faster : Passing through point (3,3) to be 9+9+3A+3B+C=0 or 3A+3B+C+18=0 ... (1) Point (7,1) is getting 49+1+7A+B+C=0 or 7A+B+C+50=0 ...(2) Point (0,2) is getting 0+4+2B+C=0 or 2B+C+4=0 ...(3) Substract (1) by (2) we get -4A+2B-32=0 or if divided by 2 for all sides we get -2A+B-16=0 ... (4) Substract (1) by (3) we get 3A+B+14=0 ... (5) Substract (4) by (5) we get -5A-30=0 or A=-6 ,.. (6) Substitute (6) to (5) we get -18+B+14=0 or B=4 ... (7) Substitute (7) to (3) we get 8+C+4=0 or C=-12 ... (8) Substitute (6), (7), and (8) to general form we get : x^2+y^2-6x+4y-12=0 x^2-6x+9+y^2+4y+4=12+9+4 (x-3)^2+(y+2)^2=25 is a circle with center (3,-2) and radius r=5
I suppose this is for your students, Mr. Escol, as you're not doing any explanations, e.g. I haven't come across the formula you're using before - what can you say about it?
to simplify the equation. Note that 2 is common to each of the terms, and the first term starts with a negative sign. To simplify, multiply both sides by -1/2 .
thank you so much, I've been struggling for hours and luckily I saw your video.

great!
my head go BOOOOOOOOMMMMMMMMM
Subtracting eq 1 and eq 3 why 3A? Instead of 2A?
Edit : nvm It was 0A that's why im having trouble solving it TYSM MAN
Thank you poo i finally get it kailangan pala as soon as possible i lolowest term sya sa common denominator
This method is brilliant thanks so much
Thank you so much sir for making me understand this.....u are a good teacher
NAYSKA SIR ASSIGNMENT NI NAMOSSS PRECAL AHHAHAHA COMMENDED
Kamusta naka karun??
what a good video students should know easier way to find the equation of circle without using the perpendicular bisector theorem
11 mins to solve 1 problem seems like a long time
could you subtract eq 2 from 1 and then eq 1 from 3? does the order matter?
order does not matter
What kind of solution did you use?
I suppose this is for your students, Mr. Escol, as you're not doing any explanations, e.g. I haven't come across the formula you're using before - what can you say about it?
Yes. I think this a video requirement of my professor.
@@emmanuelescol Could you please tell me something about the formula/ the method used?
Sir what is the answer for this -18h-6k+120=0 I already subtract Eq. 1 and 2 that’s my answer, Can you help me sir?
How does -1+4 come???
Pwede po bang iequate na lang po yung equations sa isa't-isa since parehas naman po silang equal to r²? Parang magiging
h²+k²-14h-2k+50=h²+k²-4k+4
yeah
yes this is possible
Thanks a lot👍
❤
Pano po naging 5k/2?
thank you sir this helpfull
Si Samantha ni sir sa Grade 7 - Venus
( tung gi toungue twister akong name hehe )
How didd you get -1 + 4
Sir constant nanang mag multiply both sides ug -1/2 and 2/5?
no. we are only simplifying equations and isolating the variable.
sir paano malalaman kapag imumultiply na ng 1/2 at 2/5??
Sir kapag po negative yung nasa unahan imumultiply po sa -1/2 para maging positive?
Gulat ako sa comments HAHAHAHAHHA
How does (-1/2) come
to simplify the equation. Note that 2 is common to each of the terms, and the first term starts with a negative sign. To simplify, multiply both sides by -1/2
.
@Jo Han usually if the first term starts with a negative coefficient.
Sir bat 5 ? Pano nanging 5 yung sa malapit sa last part ? 7 tas naging 5 ? How :(
(7k/2) - k + 28 - 23
= (7k/2) - (2k/2) + 5
= (7k - 2k)/2 + 5
= 5k/2 + 5
from -k naging -2k/2 pano yun sirr :
renaming k so that the denominator will be the same with 7k/2 and you can easily add fractions.
@@emmanuelescol hi po, sir! Ask ko lang po, depende po ba sa equation dapat kung ano yung ilagay mo na specific na no.? Halimbawa po dito, may 2k/2
Sir si batman ko sir from 7 Venus
haahhaha welcome batman!
Subtracting eq 2 and 3 is wrong
thanks a lot
Welcome!
Bakit po minultiply sa - 1/2
to simplify . the numerical coefficients are divisible by 2 and to make the first term positive.
