Yes we can concentrate on what she is doing instead of listening to what some ppl just adds into their cooking or baking videos. Sometimes they talk to much. I don't mind if they stay in their recipe only.

Just a tip I discovered. If you cover the bowl and spray a little pam on the plastic, flip it over and when the dough rises it doesn't stick to the plastic wrap when you remove it.
There is no need to do that in this step, for this particular recipe. Because while the dough rises it maintains constant contact with the plastic wrap, the dough will not get dried out and because this is the first rise, it is just going to be punched down and shaped, so it is ok to have some of the dough stick. If this was the last rise, then using non-stick spray on the cling film, would be helpful to keep the dough from drying and to keep the dough intact before baking. 👍😊
I like when one is sharing their recipe with us they put mil- cp ingredients in the recipe for us who don’t use the ml measurement with the cup measurements, I really like that, thanks
The best thing to help with videos where the imperial measurements aren’t listed, pick up a digital scale from Harbor Freight. My husband bought a scale from HF though it ended up in my kitchen. He checked the scales against another set he has that are extremely accurate. The HF was & is very accurate, esp giving its a cheap set. I’ve been using them for a few years now & haven’t had a recipe go wrong with regards to measurement of ingredients.
