Yes unfortunately for whatever reason, she refused to do an empty house tour, which would have been so interesting especially when you follow the renovation of the house. May be she has this idea of a house tour that is fully furnished. Both would have been interesting.

Charlie NEEDS to get a gardening and cooking channel! I love hearing him talk and explain things... he is so passionate and knowledgeable! It needs to happen haha
You are very stunning(I understand that term is gramatically incorrect but it is true😊) and I absolute love Josies vlogs- gardening, excersizing, cooking, shopping, tours and hauls, who could want more!!!💜🎀🩰
It is so wonderful seeing you use the old greenhouse and find out if you enjoy/ are successful in your attempt at propagation. I have every faith in you. You are so naturally beautiful and don't need tons of make-up and curly hair. Love seeing you and Charlie and the "boys".
Love anything you vlog on Josie - no matter how long - am sure you will start enjoying your fashion vlogs again - but please don’t stop the house ones - we all love them. ❤️
I remember my sister ordering hundreds of spring bulbs for the garden, and she said that when she unpacked them, it dawned on her that she was going to have to plant them all. She did an amazing job, and the display was wonderful.
Just home from work, I so look forward to your posts Josie! Time for a sit down, cup of coffee and a cinnamon swirl 😊 I hope you know what a great escape your vlogs are!! Please keep them coming, the longer the better 🙏xx
I live in Mexico City so I see Josie in the morning with my morning Coffe. When I turn the tv on TH-cam and she does not have a new Vlog I go crazy. I have been in quarrying fir a year Beacuse I moved from Countries and they had diferent times. So Vlogs are my entreteiment .so much that when I go back home To Puerto Rico I want to buy a house outside the city so I can plant a have a great garden like Josie .
Who would've known for sure 😂 Josie 🤗 your becoming quite the master of country living .....we all need to move to the country....hooray for Josie n charlie 👏👍👏❤️❤️❤️lots of love from a viewer in Canada
As a seasoned gardener myself Josie darling, I can recommend either plastic cloches or if you have them plastic food bags (I know awful things, but you can reuse them for other plants just clean them) over the top of your seedlings and they will be protected and it will help to get the seedlings going. Also when trimming hydrangeas, cut all old flower heads off back to the first new buds. Cut all long stems with only a few new shoots on right down as it will encourage the plant to spread and you'll be letting the air circulated the centre. You're doing really well with your seed set up, keep going X
Yes, use them in the greenhouse. As the days get warmer take them off for a while, up them back on at the end of the day. But generally and especially for the first 2-3 weeks keep them on until the plants are a good few inches tall, then you can start to take them off for a few hours. You can even use the cloches when it's going to be frosty and the plants are in the ground. Sometimes an unexpected frost can turn up or even really heavy rain. Heavy rain can kill off new plants just as much as any frost. Can't wait to see your wonderful progress with the seedlings darling. Mumma and I will be watching and cheering you on. All gardeners have to stick together 👍😊 x
Josie, you can add more than just the coffee grounds to the compost, bananas, all vegg cuttings, eggs shells too. I have been making my compost for years and that a very good blend with lots of worms. Good luck.
Such a pleasure watching you talk, garden and just be yourself!! Genuine and beautiful!🤩 Btw, you could never have too long vlogs!! I’m sure I speak for everyone!! We would love house tours, fashion and just an insight of Josies world!! 😘
I look forward to all your vlogs Josie and I’m just so thankful for letting us into your house and your life for a short time each week. You are a lovely sweet person and it is just great to see all the things you are buying for the house and all the work you doing to it etc. Very relaxing just listening to you talking.🥰💜
Oh Josie I do love these vlogs! Have you thought about the plant at the bottom of the stairs having it’s pot raised on a stand so it can reach the light more? Love the dolly tubs and garden purchases. Everything is falling into place with your beautiful home so well. My hubby and I just keep saying ahhhhh whenever Dickens and Dexter appear. And my hubby has hinted at me baking some scones! Loved the previous vlog where you did a reel and wore a gorgeous dress.... 1920’s vibe? That style really suits you..maybe consider that style for a wedding dress?? ...and. Charlie in the gents style era...sorry being a bit cheeky! Thank you for a lovely vlog with so much variety. 🦋
I absolutely love your blogs, Josie. You work so hard. I love fashion, home decor, fitness, cooking, gardening and you guys.... your mix is perfect and has kept me going through lock down. The more the better. To those who don’t enjoy Josie’s Vlogs, rather than leave an unkind comment, just don’t watch! It’s unkind and unhelpful. This is Josie’s job, this is how she earns her living and we don’t pay for her content. Be kind x
I am an avid gardener and am so pleased to see you vloging about your gardening. There is always something different each gardener does that inspires others. Thank you for sharing this. D&D are such sweeties. Not surprised to see you inspiring other vloggers to get their own. Boe has brought so much happiness to Harrison and Victoria thanks to you!
Your home & garden are so lovely and inspiring- I've been working on some business projects to get me the lifestyle I deserve! Your work ethic is quite admirable. Keep the long vlogs coming please!!
I would absolutely love to see some spring time fashion content! I’m absolutely jonesing for some flirty floral dresses and espadrilles. Love the vlog as usual, I can’t wait for all your gorgeous plants to bloom!
I always watch your videos until the end. They are a great watch 💖👑 Lovely to see you having a lot of fun with gardening 🌿 Adored the new collection by Astrid and Miyu 🌟
Of course we have watched your previous vlog all the way through!!!! The joy I feel when I notice how long the vlogs are these days 😊. I could watch you every day 😍
I have to say I love these vlogs you've been doing for the last year or so. I find the home content so interessting since you both have great taste in design. But the gardening content I enjoy even more. It's nice to see how much joy you find in it. I live vicariously through you as I only have a tiny balcony. Much love from germany.
A tip for gardening. Write what the seed is on both sides. If you are putting them in the sun the pen can fade so if it’s written in the back at least you know
'Indoor sowing' means to start the seeds off inside of your house. Best to place the seed trays/pots/etc on a south facing window cill for plenty of light and warmth. The seedlings will generally start leaning toward the light, so turn pots around daily. Once the frosts are well and truly over (usually 3rd week of April), the plants will need to become acclimatised to the cooler/draughtier weather outside, so you can leave the plants outside during the day in a sheltered spot in the garden away from winds and then back inside of the greenhouse at night.
I love that feather lamp in your dressing room. Is there an area where it won't get in the way and be kept in that room? It creates a nice soft textured background when your vlogging in front of it.
Love the homely vlogs. So traditional and cozy to watch.. As a qualified aromatherapist, I absolutely love and appreciate lavender.. So versatile. I use Rose oil, lavender and rosemary as a moisturiser every night and then add 2 drops of lavender in moisturiser in the morning.. What a wonderful idea to do up the greenhouse. Its my favourite kind with all the glass - it will look so elegant. Great not to spend money when you have something so wonderful to work with already. xoxox
Josie I am so excited about your love of gardening. My Mother had sweet peas and roses in her wedding bouquet. I love cosmos too. One year some one gifted me a chocolate cosmos plant. They are dark brown and smell like chocolate. I also wanted to say you look fabulous in your tan Flannel shirt . It is so elegant. Be Blessed and Safe. Love Kate Olivia, Kevin and Caroline Rose

Your videos make my day. The longer the better. Can you believe we have been doing this for almost a year. I too look for silver linings and try to make the most of it. Love you.
What a lovely vlog and can’t wait to see the greenhouse glow up great idea, I’ve been watching you almost a year now since lockdown started last March and the content is just lovely thanks Josie xx 😘
Dear Josie. I love the way you are educating yourself about gardening. The alliums are bulbs. You treat them differently from seeds as you’ll find out. Have fun!🥰
I’ve been cutting the toilet paper rolls all week for seeds and shared this with a few friends! Love all this garden stuff and enjoy watching you Charlie and the boys🦋🌸
Sorry back again.. The little doggie friends are so funny looking up at you, when you were having a tea break, enough to say, mummy we've been out all morning in the garden with you, so do we get tea n cake too.. 😂😂🍰🐾🐾
Hi Josie. You look beautiful everyday no matter what you wear with or without makeup or hair done. Loved the jewelry n the neutral sweaters. All lovely. The pendent ...yes it looks like two people embracing. Love that! Your gym looks fantastic. I really love what you n Charlie have done with your house, gym n coach house. You will find that a home is a lifetime job but quite a rewarding one. I see your excitement in all that you do n are really happy for you. Stay safe n well. Excited for Freddy as well. 🥰🤗
Inside means on your windowsill, but if you get the panels for your greenhouse the plant starts should be ok unless there’s a hard freeze. You can always put a small electric heater inside the greenhouse when it’s more air tight. 💕
Love the feather lamp, such a lovely glow in that room. Can I come for a Charlie Sunday dinner, looks so good, that gravy pouring on. You look so good Josie, such a lovely glow. Loved this vlog, I do love the gardening stuff, the dogs, you, and goings on in the kitchen. Feels like a real visit with you and Precious Charlie......
Love the vlog😍 New pieces/purchases, gardening, chores and more is an ideal chill out vlog💕Thanks Josie🤗 I agree Josie😁unless the chores are really mucky jobs or where there’s a risk of ruining/damaging your clothing, then you don’t need scruffs/work wear so there’s no reason not too still wear something lovely cashmere jumper and jewellery🥰
I love the Nowaki Japanese garden knife, have given several away as gifts. Cone shaped hydrangeas, you trim differently. I believe them you just take off their blossoms.
The new knit wear from Francis Stories are stunning 🤩 Can’t wait to see the greenhouse glow up, it really is a lovely space and has a great view to outside. Ps we love the long vlogs 🪴
I love those illusion earrings. I have 2 piercings and need 2 sets a lot of the time. I love that feather lamp Josie. What a good choice. I love the country life and the Cotswolds. You have made me want to visit once travel resumes again. Thanks for all your efforts and opening your lovely home. It's been a lovely distraction during these challenges times.
Usually you start seeds off on a windowsill and protect by using a cover like a plastic bag or plastic cover to keep moisture in, then when the seedlings are looking strong and can be pricked out into individual small pots, and the threat of frost has gone, you harden off by putting outside during the day then bringing in at night. If you had a cold frame you'd put them in a cold frame and lift the lid during the day then close at night. Then when the days get warmer you'd plant in their final growing spots. x
Is it Covid fatigue that has brought out the nasty comments? Every thing from Josie's and Charlie's relationship, her weight, a friend's possible doing similar things on her channel, seems so unnecessary! Josie's videos are a lovely break in an upside down world. Lighten up folks!
Loved the content a good balance of gardening and fashion. Your right a feeling of positivity pervades ❣️ spring makes you think new clothes and reviewing what you have already. Can’t wait to see how the seed growth goes ❣️🥰
Wow seeds galore, how exciting, one thing the tall items in your bed are Obelisk they help keep plants when you grow anything up them like sweet peas, a pergola is very different xx
Growing up on a farm, my father was a big fan of using the Three Sisters method that native Americans used. They would grow corn and plant beans along with it that used the corn stalks to grow up and then squash or pumpkin would grow along the ground since one squash plant stretches out so far. That way you got three different crops from the same amount of land.
I’m absolutely loving the gardening vlogs, I’ve just planted broccoli, plum tomatoes and some Lupins. The broccoli have sprouted after only 4 days so I’m pretty chuffed
Lord Charlie at Downton Rectory is fabulous, especially spraying the plants! Love everything you do Josie and always l finish your vlogs and sometimes watch them again! Love to the two furry aristocrats. 🤗😍
Sow indoors means in a greenhouse 🌱. As a seasoned gardener of 40 years I love the approach you are taking by using recycled material to plant seeds in, and to give that wonderful greenhouse some love before deciding on anything more ‘glamorous’. Just give things a go, don’t get downhearted about anything that doesn’t make it. To garden is to live with hope - I think that’s an Audrey Hepburn quote, don’t we love all things Audrey ❤️ Anyway, loving the vlogs and this gardening adventure you are on
I would love a whole house tour w history, people would go crazy for it!
If you go to Josie’s video list you will see a really good one of the history of the house. It’s so interesting...
Me too.
Yes I would love a whole house tour!

You have made me want to visit once travel resumes again. Thanks for all your efforts and opening your lovely home. It's been a lovely distraction during these challenges times.
I’ve been told not to trim hydrangeas..they need old wood to grow... trim off after you see new growth. Hope you have success.
Leaving the old flowers heads on until the danger of frost has passed protects the new growth x
Loved it Josie! I’m always here for an hour long vlog though, some may not be but it only makes me more excited to watch!
@@scandisnowgirl3696 Amazing xx
To garden is to live with hope - I think that’s an Audrey Hepburn quote, don’t we love all things Audrey ❤️ Anyway, loving the vlogs and this gardening adventure you are on
I love English lavender. It’s more soft smelling than French (which I also love). Egyptian is really nice too!
I fear life will not be normal for a couple of years. We will have to learn to live and hopefully control this virus and it's mutations.
I would love to see some spring fashion content! It would really lift my spirits 😊
One should look gorgeous snd stylish, even when doing chores 😉
