The Ellington sounded familiar to me. It wasn't until you mention the self-righting capability that I realized I'd seen their demo video a few months back. I haven't reached the stage where a top hop of 15kts would have me out in the bluewater where a capsize seems more likely, but to former sail-boaters I suppose 8kts all day probably works.
He didn’t mention that the hull is made of 17 layers of kevlar either. Neither did he mention there is an Elling E3 and an E6. He also didn’t tell that they have crossed the ocean. What a bad salesman!
