Great guide, Galzo. My opponents often fall in the traps of Quaeritis and Alluber's "secret" effects.
3:25 another think to mention about Kitt is that it can be returned itself to the deck in the proper chain. What I do some times with the main line of summon Mirrorjade and Rindbrumm is: 1 Special summon kitt and activate its effect 2. Chain Mirrorjade 3. Chain Rindbrumm to negate Mirrorjade and return Kitt to my hand. In that way, when the chain is resolved Kitt can return to the deck after search.
7:43 you can send Dark Magician to fusion summon Dragoon with Branded in White as well.
You can also set Branded in White and use it after sending it to GY with Albion since it's technically sent to the GY from a "Fallen of Albaz" effect. Galzo mentioned this before. Pretty cool card that finally gets it's moment to shine!

Hey galzo, can you do a video of an explanation of branded lost? Everytime I get how it truly works as far as what part of the chain the fusion occurs, when and not my opp can respond, different judges at different places tell me different things. I was able to still get first place at my last locals but I would've finished a few rounds early enough to get a snack if it wasn't for judge ruling different versions of the card
For clarification, being able to ash branded fusion is clear as to why that's a legal play while lost is on field.
For lost to apply the effect that prevents your opponent from responding, the fusion summon must have been the last action in the previous chain. For our pupurposes, that means that the effect that fuses must have been chain link 1.
So why wouldn't you be able to special summon rindbrum from the graveyard with his quick effect?
I want to ask, so if I send for example branded in white or screams of the branded from the DECK to the gy with shrouded dragon, you cant get then back? Or you can? Because in MD, I cant set screams of the branded.
You should be able to, in both cases as long as the Albion activated FROM THE GY.

I was suprised last time i've played master duel when my starving venom was destroyed and I could wipe all special summoned Monsters on my oponent side of the Field xD

Possibly! It's still pretty good on its own, definitely worth checking.
@@galzo well yes since the cards are ran for complete different reasons. Lubellion is a branded fusion Target, and saronir boost consistency when drawn with fusion deployment. You don't actually run lubellion as a one of to search your one of saronir. They're both just engine requirements. Lubellion is harder to cut with that being said imo
For me, I don’t like showing their other effects first round unless I REEEEALLY need to. Because I didn’t use it the first round, my opponent is caught off guard when I activate their effects. I messed with my opponent when Aluber came back from the GY to negate their Kash Fenrir when it destroyed my DEF position Albion the Branded Dragon.

Its effect doesn’t apply in the GY.
Card effects can only ever be activated/applied on field unless stated otherwise by the card itself (or outlier effects like diamond dude).

Okay this has tripped me up for forever I can’t wrap my head around it. Why can’t I summon rindbrumm if I send it? Sometimes on sim it just randomly wont let me, and I feel like there’s something I’m missing but I’ve read the card like 1,000 times and still don’t see it.
Ik that u cant revive a fusion monsters that wasnt fusion summon properly. But I dont know of this applies to his own effect.
@@adrizay5320 yes, that applies. Extra deck monsters sent directly to GY from the ED can’t be summoned back. They MUST be summoned properly either by the generic game mechanic (properly XYZ summon them, card effect that says “this is treated as a synchro summon”, etc.) or by their own unique summoning condition (like Alba-Lenatus’ contact fusion condition) in order for them to then be Reborned from the GY
Rindbrumm is only a special summon, meaning if you dump it with MJ, then you could only summon back the Albaz you targeted with Rindbrumm’s effect. You could summon Rindbrumm back if you fusion summon it properly with a card effect that says, ya know “Fusion summon…”, then it goes to the GY, then you use its effect. Then you could summon the Rindbrumm back by its own effect
So in order to summon a fusion monster back from the graveyard it must be properly summoned first, it's an inherent part of the fusion summoning mechanic. So if you send Rindbrumm off of Mirrorjade, it wasn't properly summoned first so it can't summon itself to the field via it's effect, nor can it be summoned by something like Branded Banishment. But it's effect can still summon albaz as Galzo mentioned
