After watching this video of yours, my mom recommended that you should buy another Parrot as these animals(birds) can't handle solitude and if there are two parrots they will be happy and no problem of stress or distress would be encountered. You should take romie along with you even in the cage, anyways you should take Lucy and Romie both out in order to take fresh breath.

Last week my cat was also injured by a wild cat and my cat was so sick for two three days o used to cry and pray for her we took her to doctor and he is much better now allhamdullilah
