Joy is really knowledgeable about exercising. The initial warmup exercises are very important. They strengthen the rotator cuff muscles. If those muscles are not warmed up properly you can mess yourself up for months if they are torn. Wabuja you are hilarious. You should always start with light weight and learn the proper techniques. BTW Joy is beautiful

And when you ask if a certain exercise is just for girls. Men share the same muscles, so it makes no difference. And then when Joy mentions the back muscles you say you need to do something else.
