(sorry for my theories I am such a game nerd) I think the bully that Alex is talking about is Buck. He is the enemy of James and she is always very protective of him. In Starshine Legacy he bullys him a lot and Alex gets into trouble. He is the brother of Katja the dark rider and there was also a drawing of him fighting against the soul riders and having tentacles instead of legs so he is a general! In the drawing Alex was fighting in front maybe she has to beat him? so it is normal that she almost killed him XD.
