@@SoeZ-M4 yup the design is, but the actual weapon he's using is not normally in the game.
So doing a perfect block with a charged shield let you insta fill your phials? I think that's a bit too strong, but still looks really fun.

Cheated charms as most speedrunners do but good run regardless
I personally would rather play the A button simulator for 50 hours to get a worse charm instead of skipping to the fun part of the game
