This is the top of the hill on W. Exchange Street in The Stockyards at the beginning. They filmed 1883 (Beginning of Yellowstone)on those blocks in the first episode as well as around the area. Great video!
Just makes my heart sick to see the stockyards so empty. When ever I have visited before COVID It was always very crowded and so much fun to be there. Texans are the friendliest people in the world. Thank you for the tour...
When I visit family in Courpus Christi, Houston, Harlingen, San Antonio, I make it a habit to visit my MOST favorite places, which I jus LOVE,❤️💖 THE STOCK YARDS/FT-WORTH, OH AND DONT FORGET, I ALSO LOVE VISITING THE OBSERVATION DECK AT D/FW AIR, all these place are NUMBER 1 TOURISTS SITES FOR ME, AND BOY DO I LOVE IT, NOW I'VE BEEN STARTING TO SAVE N MAKN PLANS, HOPEFULLY LATER ON THIS IN THIS YEAR ILL BE THERE, AND IF HOUSTON HAS THEIR WINGS OVER HOUSTON, I HOPE TO BE THERE AS WELL!!!!! THANKS FOR SHARING THIS WITH ME 👌✌️🤠👍!
Nice video! I've been to the Fort Worth Stockyards many times. Interesting fact, the second floor of the Star Cafe is haunted. There are fascinating and creepy stories from there.
I was born and raised within a few hundred yards of the stockyards. I'm 70 now and live in Indiana, so this brought back many memories. When I was a kid everything you see was about cattle. No shops, just cattle. Untold millions of animals went through this place. It was also a very dangerous place. At one time it was called Niles City, which was the highest economy, per capita, in the world. History gone by. History gone by.
You really listen to your people. I think someone asked for Texas and here it comes.:) This city has interesting and unique buildings -not too high, not too low and lots of wood and earthly colors.Lots of trucks, country music, horses, cowboys - everything is so rustic! :) That guy so casually walking his bull with a nice smile :D You can't help to smile back. Where are you from btw? If you wish to tell...did we seen your place yet?
Man, you did the impossible. You missed Billy Bob's Texas in the stockyards. How could you not see a 100,000 sq ft bar with it's 20 acre parking lot? The whole video could have been shot inside.
I live here for 25 years and I've never been to the stock yards and this is the reason why. If you like to smell cow poops come on by. This place is so dead, it turn into Louisiana Laffeyette's downtown.

I love going to the Stockyards whenever I'm in Ft. Worth. It's like stepping back in time to the old west. It's great how they kept that vibe.
The Stockyards are the best place to be. Iam there almost every weekend
Texas as we see it, as we dream it, in our old Europe, in our old France. Thanks to all your videos on Texas. I really want to discover this region.
This video was also very good, Texas is a beautiful place from a Hungarian eye of view! :) Went to like it! Greetings from Hungary!
This small town reminds me of cowboy movies.Very nice
13th largest City in America. Not a small town. Lol.
If you come here on the weekends it gets very packed with people and looks amazing at night time with all the lights from the signs on

Texan cities are always empty, so damn boring and sad. Everyone here drives a damn car and the walkability is so bad

Did you live in the Northside or Diamond Hill?
I wonder what it looks like at night, but it looks amazing during daytime!
