- The Ebay seller send me a broken laser. So after building a cooling tank i had to repair the laser and assemble it the right way. After that, i had to align all mirrors. So finally after the first set up i could do my first test. And after a few attempts the result was great.

if it is colored acrylic "glas": then its perfect as that absorbs ALL radiation , ( thats why its melting under focus) now you only need a reflecting surfcase for the rays , and that is not a mirror ... ( sorry my ce certified laser glasses have a OD of 6 and are stil see thru , but come with a pricetag to match ;( )
honestly, a 4 MM sheet of acrylic will block all rays that are not focused , add some extra filter and you are protected for the cover
better, NEVER operate the laser with the cover opened....
also Add a air assist . will greatly improving cutting performance, add inline blower for better suction, get the stupid bed out, (you had it out already) add in chamber lighting,
wanna go further ?make an adjustable bed.
add a in chamber webcam and now you are getting somewhere ..

Hello dear it's screenwash for cars? I can use this product for my k40. and can you tell me a little more about this product why you use it for the k40. and if you can use any windshield washer fluid I thank you in advance.
Hello, yes thus ist normal Screenwash for Cars witch works until -15 °C.
I took it because it want freeze, and No algea will Form.
I think Most Screenwash will Work.
2 kleine Kritikpunkte: Scheibenfrostschutz ist nicht so optimal, leicht entflammbare Flüssigkeit die leicht schäumt und Hitze nicht so gut abtransportiert... Ich verwende Kühlerfrostschutz, da hab ich nicht soviel Angst dass mir die Liste um die Ohren fliegt. Und Du solltest erwähnen dass man. Unbedingt die E rdung prüfen bzw. Herstelle n soll (Pulverbeschichtetes Metall leitet halt etwas schlecht und die Chinesen haben den Anschluss einfach da draufgenagelt ohne das Metall freizuschleifen) Sonst gutes Video, viel Spass beim Lasern und natürlich beim Upgraden😁
Hey thank you for your Critic. But I tested the screenwash and it isn't inflamebal. It alsou doesnt foam and so far it worked really good and is alsou very cheap.
I alsou meassured the grounding and my Laser was absolut ok. There is contact through the scre, wich is screwed into the metal, so for me that's alright, maybe it's better when you scrub off some paint.
