Bhaiya this year 2023 NTPC likely give joining before IOCL. And i also select for documents verification in NTPC. After joining NTPC should they trasfer bond to Iocl because at the time of interview of IOCL i was jobs less. Please suggest.

Maine ek PSU join kr liya hai but Mera ntpc result joining k baad aya hai to kya muje ntpc ko inform Krna chiye ki Mai dusre company me kaam krta hu agar ni krta to koi issue to ni hoga? Since maine apni last private company ka experience show Kiya tha.

See iss case me hojayega because you were not in ntpc while filling ongc form and agar bond se free hona hai so for 2 months it will be around 2 lac approx

While document verification you need to show releasing letter or noc of that PSU that’s it.
