So am I. I think in the future. I will stagger the light cycle drop. Start at 12/12. Cut an hour off after stretch stops. Cut another after the flower bulk. I'll have to sit down and determine when it would be best. But that way I can shave some time and still maximize yield
@@TriStateTrichomes im going to dig up an ole lighting schedule for you and see if its the same or different, it's suppose to produce more yield by 25% if i remember right....brb
@@jaredpurdham1281 I believe it. It looks like im taking a 10 week strain down to 8 weeks right now with this current lighting. U can remove the driver's on the mars hydro, that's why there is so much extra chord on top . The driver's put out the heat. They can be placed outside of tent or away from plants

I know they are brutaly expensive, but man they are high end stuff for enthusiasts and the best of the best you can get here in europe. I hesitated way too long...
Lowering your light to anything lower then 12/12 (unless you’re in the last two weeks) will cause your buds to produce 50% less THC than it would have otherwise. Numerous studies on this, not my opinion
@@LazloWoodbine than post your contrary evidence. This isn’t my opinion, this was an extensive study comparing the different photo periods. Intuitively it makes sense as nature doesn’t just go to 10 hours of light off the bat.

Maybe you read something about doing such with 8-9 week indica strains, because that’s already pretty fast and you need a certain amount of development time, so they don’t benefit. Cut 30 minutes of light time from 12/12 from week 7 of flower to week 10 ending your cycle at 10 weeks with 10/14 , matures faster and doesn't hit your yields nearly as hard.

I move them into this room under the big lights and full strength nutrients for 2 - 3 weeks. then into flower.
