Hello Terry blessings to you for Imbolc, I learn so much from watching your videos it's wonderful to see the area around you , breezy bright sunshine has been the order of the day here in England I live in the North West not too far from the coast, spring has sprung and signs of new life is everywhere ... How much we look foreword to the first signs of spring, Our winters are fairly mild nowadays , I imagine at times how harsh our ancestors experiences must have been. They were the back bone of the isles North South East or West, I for one arm happy more people are waking up to Goddess, Mother Earth. To her needs to nurture her as much as she nurtures and teaches humanity . Hugs and blessings. 🌹💚
Many blessings and big hugs Linda - I agree wholeheartedly re our Mother Earth. Man has become too arrogant so the more I hear of people recognising the sacredness of Mother Earth, the more happy I am xxx
Your Labrador looks like a great gentle soul, give them a little scratch they’re so good. Your little furry doggo seems incredibly intelligent, wowie, give them a scratch as well. Your hens seems very kind and behave like a flock which is showing how well cared for they are, that is amazing, if there are hens that like a scratch from time to time, give them a scratch.
AWWWWW!!! Thank you so much for the birthday wish my friend. ❤❤ My Celtic tree is the rowan. Some say it's the tree of the "thinker." Since I'm still educating myself in a PhD program, I guess that's very true. My animal is the cat. No surprises there. 😃 I love that the light is returning and the plants are starting to activate here in Oregon. I love seeing all those little herbs coming right up ready for growth and abundance. Those little chickens... I just sit and smile when I see them. Many chickens love to be hugged and are good lap sitters. Congratulations on your herb course!!
Wonderful video. When my granddaughter was around 7, we were on a walk in early spring. We came upon many dandelions in a patch and she said "Look grandma there's a sun family. It was heartwarming and put a smile upon me face. ⭐🌟⭐🌟
Thank you Terri for another great, informative video! Rain or shine, the place where you live is just wonderful. Even on a cold, windy, wet day, it’s just a joy to watch your beautiful place and the surroundings. And, not to forget, an absolute joy to watch your adorable dogs and chickens. Stars of the video!!! ❤️
@@DanusIrishHerbGarden Hello Terri. I’m ok, thank you. Busy around the house. Always jobs to do. Tomorrow hoping to strain my tinctures made a while ago following your recipes, advises.😉. They are adorable, your dogs and chickens. And very well behaved. A credit to you and your husband. 👍👏. Look forward to watching your next video. ❤️
Blessed Imbolc! You’re right, in Canada it is far too cold and snowy to be seeing young dandelion or plantain, nor is it pleasant to have any outdoor bonfires. So it’s an indoor celebration; we’ll stay in and do a deep cleansing, and by that I mean laundry and tidying! I’ll likely burn some of the wormwood smudge harvested 2 years ago for cleansing of a different sort. Imbolc wants refreshing food and drink, sunny and bright flavours like citrus... I think lemonade and grapefruit! Cheers
Right, maybe we may not even celebrate imbolg because it does not match up with our seasons at all in Canada. Many witches up here do not celebrate certain festivals due to it being winter for 9 months of the year…
I was so pleased when my husband played this! I didn't think there was going to be a video today. I am so excited about taking the course! Thank you Terri for bringing love and light✨💚✨💚

So sorry to hear of your loss, Christina. We have said goodbye to two beautiful friends over the years and it is always so sad. I think it was Eckhart Tolle who called dogs the Guardians of Being. Imbolc Blessings to you and your family dear Terri. I'm amazed at how your chickens listen to you. The first sights of Spring are so welcome. I enjoy long walks looking for the first dandelions and daffodils and scattering offerings along the way to give thanks. Your property and surrounding area are beautiful no matter the season. 💜🕯🌼💜
I have Spring Fever really bad, but with our temperatures below freezing and snow still around I know it'll be a while before I can enjoy the wonders of Spring here. Our first day of Spring will be March 20th, and we can still have a frost until the middle of April. Until then I'll enjoy your videos and Lol's relaxing music and make plans for my garden.
Just found your amazing channel - and now I'm watching your beautiful videos in each afternoon to relax and getting inspired. Lots of greetings from Germany from the Solitarywitch
Imbolc Blessings! Enjoy the beginnings of Spring. We are still in winter here with 8" of snow and freezing temperatures. However the Light is returning, I've seen snow drops and daffodils so we are not far behind.
I love watching your beautiful videos, they are so full of LIFE and Nature and Love from our Mother Earth. It is 42 degrees Fahrenheit here in Central Arkansas right now, it was down in the 20's last night and down in the Teens the night before. It gets Cold and Warmer (back and forth) here in Central Arkansas, we make a joke it is Hot and sweating one day with the bright sunshine and then having a Blizzard with Freezing rain and Snow / Sleet the very next day! 😂😂😂 . I do LOVE the Big Oak Tree, it does represent all you mentioned. I think of Strength and Beauty and Cleanliness. It is a Clean Tree. Thanks so much for Sharing your Time & Energy!
The Oak is indeed something special and i love the way it is not just a tree but a whole community when you think of all the species that live in it.😃 Good luck with your weather!
Good morning, Terri. As always, great video. I love your chickens and they look the same breed as mine. Mine are very docile and think that I am their mother...lol Spending time with my chickens is wonderful therapy for me. I didn't realize the oak was medicinal. Thank you for sharing and have a blessed day!

Amazing! I am a writer and was writing when the idea of st Brigid came to me. In my book, one of the main elements is the dandelion. The protagonist is a young healer. Anyways I didn't know anything about Brigid or her connection to dandelions till this video. Dandelions are my absolutely favorite "flower." Yes they totally represent light. Hello from US.
Hello beautiful 💕 I can’t wait until spring & the dandelions , they are so good for you & they make great jelly too . I made some last year & it was delicious 💕
I didn’t know you can call chickens! I’ve never seen anyone do that, haha. In the US, we think of the Oak as majestic, quiet and strong. Makes sense when describing Brigid 🙂 wishing you an Imbolc filled with peace and magic, Terry. ✨♥️✨
Loved It! I live in Texas U.S.A. and I just love your rural road. I would Love to live out in the Country as well. You have such Beautiful videos, we love to binge watch them Have A Warm Imbolc! ☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️
Apologies to my fellow Canadians in a deep freeze. I live in the SW corner of BC which is the warmest but wettest part of Canada. I spotted 3 dandelion flowers yesterday. I will be visiting a city park this afternoon which has a great variety of trees, look forward to locating Oak. As for the Blackberrys, the patches are slowly disappearing due to construction. But I have one cane in my garden lol. I'm enjoying the information we are receiving about Imbolc, more knowledge is creating a deeper understanding and reverance for this and other seasonal celebrations. Blessings to al
So glad to hear you are enjoying it Valerie! Shame about the damage caused by construction but if you take some of the canes and stick them into your garden or elsewhere, if they have any little roots on they might take. xx
Wishing you a very bright, sunny Imbolc! Even though it's summer time where I live, I'll be joining you in the celebration 🌞💕 And congratulations on your new course! 👏👏
Thank you for the video. There is a misconception around this day of St Brigid. Well, it is not the first day of spring, we are in the depths of winter, although from this moment on, winter ceases to be what it was, it becomes brighter and not so severe. Waiting for spring to arrive a month and a half later. It is time, then, to give thanks for the home and to continue enjoying and planning the beginning of a new cycle that has just begun in the bowels of the earth. Happy winter, Happy Imbolc
I think it depends where you are. In England, which is not too far from me, the first day of Spring is the Equinox. It arrives here on the west of Ireland because our climate is so mild
Lovely video as always. We just had a winter storm here in Nova Scotia, the third this month, so winter isn’t over for us yet. It’ll be awhile before the daffodils are brave enough to poke their heads up. Enjoy Imbolc, Terri.
I will think of you Wilda, I can see you now with wooly socks and a roaring fire, sipping a cup of tea while you create some beautiful art😃 waiting for the snow to retreat.
Hi Terri - It’s so nice to see signs of Spring for you. I’m ready for warmer weather but it will be awhile here. I enjoy your videos and love seeing the dogs! Take care. Hugs.
It never ceases to amaze me the differences in the climate of the New England, USA area vs. the climate in Ireland, Scotland and GB. We just had a blizzard yesterday and fortunately only about 12 inches of snow. I say fortunately because the snow predictions were higher. The temperature this morning is a cold 6°F.
Always a joy to watch your videos Terri - Happy Imbolc! Our celebration is slightly different ,our land covered in a number of feet of snow but looking forward to those lovely dandelions when they do emerge.
Right now we’ve just gotten 18” of snow and this morning it was 4 degree F. I’m dreaming of Spring but not feeling it. Watching you makes up for everything. Thank you.
And again thank you so much for the touch of spring. Here in Ohio -17 degrees and my gardens are under 12" of snow. Love dandelion I make wonderful salves from it.
Here in Upstate New York, we have over a foot of snow on the ground for Imbolc. It's been between 0-20*F for the past week and a half. Glad to see spring is starting across the pond. But We won't see Dandelions and daffodils for another couple of months. Looking forward to your Herb lessons. Peace.
@@DanusIrishHerbGarden The Blizzard was in NYC about 6 hours from where I live. So we didn't get any of it, but thanks for your concern. It was a balmy 37*F for Imbolc. Spring is Coming!
Beautiful video, thanks! It’s snowy here which I’ve come to enjoy, but it was nice to get that glimpse of spring. I’m not able to attend the course this time around but I do hope it’s a success and that you’ll offer it again ✨🙏🏽
Wow what a pleasant surprise to find this video on Imbolc. I wish I could go for a walk this morning and look for signs of Spring, Boston and the dandelions are under 2 feet of snow, but I know the dandelions will be coming soon.. I look forward to more videos.. Blessings to you and yours on this special day.
I like that only where the tires go on the road is paved. I wish more residential streets were like that. maybe I'll do that when I have a little farm one day. It was pretty warm and we have little daffodil sprouts coming up in the yard now too, but they'll get covered with the 6 inched of snow were expecting. Oak definitely means strength and abundance for me. Here we have like 6 or 12 different types of Oak trees. Pin, Red, White, Black etc. I think im allergic to the pollen though Achoo!
A blessed Imbolc to you too! No dandelions this early in the mid-Atlantic USA, but I do have some homemade dandelion wine that I made a few years back. I think I'll have a glass or two on Tuesday.
In my area Imbolc is when spring is just starting and it's still very cold out but it's not a bad time to start seeds inside which is what I plan to try to do.
Happy Imbolc. I am in Michigan and we are definitely at Midwinter. But it might get up to 43⁰ F today. It's be in the teens and 20s so it warms the heart to think of spring.
I love hearing about how dandelions enhance our light. We now leave them everywhere for the bees and other pollinators. Enjoy Imbolc!
Good to hear that and yes they do enhance our light so welcoming them is for our benefit too. Imbolc blessings Joy!

So glad to hear you are enjoying it Valerie! Shame about the damage caused by construction but if you take some of the canes and stick them into your garden or elsewhere, if they have any little roots on they might take. xx
Love light and blessings to you and yours Terri x♥️
Many Happy Returns Sheila. Thank you🌻
Wishing you a very bright, sunny Imbolc! Even though it's summer time where I live, I'll be joining you in the celebration 🌞💕
And congratulations on your new course! 👏👏
Thank you very much Alicia - course has gone out now and is launched . We had a very pleasant day - mild and spring like. x
Thank you Terri. Blessings for imbolc. Special day here in Scotland as it’s my daughters 40th birthday 🎂
Hi Christine - Happy Birthday to your daughter - oh to be 40 again!😅
Thank you Terri! We loved seeing the dandelions, as we are still quite deep in snow!
Coltsfoot is coming up too and I think the Daffs will open soon
🌼💛🌼 Sacred Imbolc blessings to you too 🌼💛🌼
And to you Ber. xx
Thank you very much.
You're welcome Robin, Happy Imbolc x

Imbolc Blessings for good health and happiness Lynne! x
Hi Terri - It’s so nice to see signs of Spring for you. I’m ready for warmer weather but it will be awhile here. I enjoy your videos and love seeing the dogs! Take care. Hugs.
Hugs to you Pam xx
Have a wonderful Imbolc , Terri. I will be toasting the day with some homemade dandelion wine! Blessings. 🌟
Blessings Carol - that sounds lovely!
Me too - we live such similar lives apart from the weather. Stay warm and enjoy the candlelight
And here on the coast of Maine the wind was ferocious! We have some waiting yet before we see the dandelions again.
Have a blessed Imbolc.
Thank you, feeling very blessed!
Two thumbs up! 👍👍
Thank you Davie! Have a bright Imbolc
@@DanusIrishHerbGarden Happy Imbolc!

Always a joy to watch your videos Terri - Happy Imbolc!
Our celebration is slightly different ,our land covered in a number of feet of snow but looking forward to those lovely dandelions when they do emerge.
Imbolc Blessings 123uschie, rest assured they will return x😃
Blessings to you both Xxxx
Thank you Rosa - blessings to you also xx
Right now we’ve just gotten 18” of snow and this morning it was 4 degree F. I’m dreaming of Spring but not feeling it. Watching you makes up for everything. Thank you.
Glad to be of help Jeanne😃
And again thank you so much for the touch of spring. Here in Ohio -17 degrees and my gardens are under 12" of snow. Love dandelion I make wonderful salves from it.
Yes, the salves are great for arthritis and muscle pain.
Peace.
We heard you had a blizzard or some storm. Hope you are keeping warm. Peace and happiness to you Augustine.
You are so kind. Thanks for your good wishes. The course is out now and is available any time when it suits you xx
Happy Imbolc, and best of luck with your new class! I need to get out for a walk too!
Happy Imbolc and thank you! xx
Lovely video thanks for that and really looking forward to the course...:)
Thank you Redbush - course is up and away after a few little glitches so feeling happy xx
Welcome Cherylann - signs of spring are definitely here in Ireland. Blessings to you and yours xx
Lots of types of Oaks! I think we only two here and one does better at the coast. xx
A blessed Imbolc to you too! No dandelions this early in the mid-Atlantic USA, but I do have some homemade dandelion wine that I made a few years back. I think I'll have a glass or two on Tuesday.
I think you should - Slainte! I bet it is delicious. Have a glass for me!
Lovely imbolc. You have beautyfull chickens. Your blessed to live there! Wonderfull landscape💖🙏💖!
Thank you - I am very grateful x

In my area Imbolc is when spring is just starting and it's still very cold out but it's not a bad time to start seeds inside which is what I plan to try to do.
I'm planning to do the same tomorrow!😃
Thank you for your beautiful service dear sister ..lots of Blessings to you and everyone

Happy Imbolc. I am in Michigan and we are definitely at Midwinter. But it might get up to 43⁰ F today. It's be in the teens and 20s so it warms the heart to think of spring.
