are you sure it shows them all? because i once did it and it showed a lot of them i was surprised but the same day i found few accounts that did not follow me back wich were not on the list of people who are not following me back so im kinda confused did i do something wrong

I want to add a bit of information to everyone. you can choose only followers and following data instead of every thing and I recieved it in a few minutes
And you also need to select the "all time" option while collecting your data

i did this before and it worked but this time it didnt show as many file folders, i had 7 downloads to do and none or them contained the following and followers. the last 5 were all just direct messages

help, I couldn't download this instagram data file, it keeps opening a blank page "this page isn't working" error 429 and logs me out of IG :( tried a couple times. anyone having the same issue?
Are you doing in on mobile?
@@JohnChewTrade I've tried both mobile and desktop, multiple times, tried different options (both html and json) still the page opens as blank, signs me out but I don't see the login page. Is there even a way to reach IG support??
