8:58 is the biggest thing I miss about Louis Anderson being host of Family Feud. I loved it when before a commercial break he would tell the viewers to stay tuned by using the answers from the board. Louis Anderson was funny and creative at doing this.
@Radio Surfing Grupo Cidade Yeah but Karn's ad libs were never funny. Not completely his fault since he's not a stand up, but it was still very hard to watch.
I think i see what you're thinking BUT..the question didn't specify "streets". Besides, that's what the people surveyed answered so therefore it IS technically correct.
Yep, Supermarket Sweep, Shop 'Til You Drop, Balderdash, On the Cover, Dirty Rotten Cheater, and a few others. They even aired Twenty One and Weakest Link.
Louie got screwed. While he was no Dawson, he still had a great command of the show's mechanics, but he got stuck with an awful format and promotion. For all the BS about how uninterested he was, he still had great chemistry with the families. Also, he was a much better ad-libber than Karn and didn't make the show about himself and his so-called "comedy" unlike Harvey.
I personally don't understand all the hate for Louie cause I thought he was a good host. (OK he wasn't the best, and that's obvious) To me, Richard Karn was the worst host, with John O' Hurley not far behind him. In fact this is how I would rank all 6 FF hosts from best to worst (excluding of course Ricki Lake and Al Roker): 1: Ray Combs (By far the best host to me, thought he was a virtuoso) 2: Steve Harvey (Find him VERY funny, even though under his watch the show has had a lot more sexual questions now) 3: Richard Dawson (Liked him, but really freaked me out with all of his constant kissing to the ladies) 4: Louie Anderson (Obviously not the best as I've already said, but I thought he made a good fist of it as host) 5: John O' Hurley (Seemed rather boring to me, and didn't have the same energy as the other hosts) 6: Richard Karn (By far the worst ever FF host to me, how he managed to get 4 years doing the show is completely beyond me)

Back when I was living in Fairfield, CA and was 7 years old I would watch this show every night on KICU 36 at 7:00pm and 7:30pm
