Have to disagree that you cannot focus on two strategies. If you need both then your strategy should accommodate both but not say we need only one.
wibas2008 hmm their is the mobile social first strategy since 80 % of us do everything on our smart phone these days .
Hope that they would not use robot instead employees in future.
