Lisa (Rachel McAdams) rams her stolen car into the assassin.
FILM DESCRIPTION:
Terror rides the night skies in this thriller from horror auteur Wes Craven. Lisa Reisert (Rachel McAdams) is a young woman with more than her share of anxieties about flying. However, when circumstances demand she go to Miami, she gathers her nerves and books a seat on a late-night flight. Sitting next to her is a handsome and charming man named Jackson (Cillian Murphy), whom she already met in the airport, but once their jet is safely in the air, Lisa discovers he's not the pleasant traveling companion she imagined. Jackson is part of a terrorist cell plotting to kill the head of Homeland Security, and he's decided to draft Lisa into helping him. While Lisa has no interest in abetting Jackson's plan, he soon reveals he's holding a trump card -- his compatriots are holding Lisa's father hostage, and will kill him if she doesn't cooperate. Red Eye was the first feature film credit for screenwriter Carl Ellsworth, who previously scripted episodes of Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Xena: Warrior Princess.

@@BenDover-gc4xs I wasn't saying this particular scene is bad*** I was explaining why people usually say female empowerment when the girl gets the upper hand and not male empowerment when the guy does. Like driving a car into someone or not she still took someone out instead of waiting for help. Guy or girl it's gotta be scary turning the car right to someone that's shooting at you instead of driving away. If it was a guy they would've called it savage or bad*** or something like that (I've seen it btw i just can't remember which movie) and if it's a girl they call it female empowerment because she handled it herself regardless of how she did.

Haha, I know. I just said the same thing. They have had a couple of them as GF, but he's definitely the most recognized, and he was the only one used as GF for Scream 4.

@lauriefaithprescott Oh ok I understand. Yeah, me too. I know in the first one they used officially 3 men for GF, however it was mostly Dane in that one as well. Honestly, I think it's his stature as GF that looks most opposing. I know he isn't GF in the beginning, but you can see differences between that and when Neve is first attacked and also at the party. They used more than three in the second. One different man in third and just Dane in the fourth.

She is my lord and savior, She is absolutely divine, a goddess, I even think about like starting a religion called the *"Church of Rachel Anne McAdams"* lol. I'm an *Atheist* so I wouldn't actually literally believe she is a god. I've always liked her ever since I was a kid, about when I was 10-years old back in 2007 when I first saw her in the movie Wedding Crashers and the movie Red Eye, again in Sherlock Holmes (2009), and A Most Wanted Man (2014), and I saw the first season of True Detective with Matthew McConaughey (2014) (VERY good show, very intelligent, dark nihilistic show, I'm into dark stuff etc.) and I remembered that she came out in season 2 of True Detective (2015) in which after I saw it is what triggered my limerence with Rachel McAdams even though I've always like her.
