Hate the way the Scottish stole the Kilt which is Irish and can be proved as such, lots of Countries have bagpipes, the Scots make me laugh to think they are the only country to have the bagpipes. The kilt you Scots wear today is not a Kilt, it is a Skirt specifically designed for an English King George who refused to wear the Scottish dress which is akin to the IRISH kilt. this can be proved if you Scots were to have the courage to look it up, yours Tammy Shanter
