I’m glad you have found peace in where you are. Maybe you can track hobbies, if you do feel like tracking anything! Then you can look back and say, this whole purple streak was when I was crocheting a lot, or here’s the time when I was watching all those documentaries about theatrical costume design… the goal being to make time for things you enjoy.
