    Seen was my first inspiration. Everything he did gave me the courage to try something out of my comfort zone... overall developing my style to levels that I couldn't even dream of when I started painting.
    And RIP Dondi.

    No 360 degree cameras, no motion detectors, no razorblade fences, no private security patrolling the yard 24/7 and extra hour, no surveillance drones...Paradise

      Depends on the country/ state you live, but freights in some areas are treated as old 80's styled trains. Relaxed yard with a small presence, plenty of time, lots of amazing full productions along with the people who walk the yard and bomb, little to no buff (usually buffed if you cover carriage ID), some places freight goes through cities, towns and over state. You could be west side and have panels rock up in the yard from 2,000-4,000km from north or east covered in a whole different state/ countries graffiti. A whole different vibe to street painting as people will rock up with beer, ladders and a speaker (still have the beer on a street paint though).
      EDIT: To clarify, country/ outer city freight yards. Inner city and ports are packed with seccies and workers 24/7

      9/11 changed ALL THAT. Not just NYC. We had the Freight line in my city (staying anonymous LOL) that Began on the North side and ran up into the Northeast end and then crosses the next state line. That freight line used to be walked by us freely in the 90s going to HS.. it was bombed. Not hard tho. Then around 97 til 2000 it was CRUSHED. Well post 9/11 will get you a night in a cell walking that line and getting caught. It's fucked. We used to love that line. You could take it where it spurred off and it would go right into the center city/ downtown area where A TON of old shit is still living. Tags from 88.. Throws (just outlines) living from 93 etc.

    • @sirreoser5668
      @sirreoser5668 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@bigdaddy2343 That's wild. Aus got affected too, Perth Transit are known as some of the hardest trains to paint in the yard because of the seccies, motion cams, mics, lights everywhere, motion detectors, these weird things that can smell paint or ink used in graffiti and send out an alarm+ we can get a $24,000 fine+ up top $6000 for graffiti supplies and prison up to 2 years (more if they charge you for break and enter).
      Yet our freight is super chill. Rock up with beer, ladders and a speaker kind of chill. Not Inner city or ports. But outer city and country is a ghost town as they do shifts and there's little to no presence at nights/ the weekend. Also can walk up and down the freight lines, not meant to but no-one says get off, they don't buff graffiti because they reckon it's a waste of time because it'll just come back and they'll have to pay more. Keep a lot of the art work on the freights as long as you cover up and don't paint over carriage ID's so they're still be identifiable in the yards.
      EDIT: To add onto how chill, I mean walk off the road, over a patch off dirt, maybe walk around a tree or bush if you're lucky Nd there's some shade, Nd bam you're there.
