Today's Lesson -- A new fluency program to develop your English COMMUNICATION | Rupam Sil
A NEW FLUENCY PLAN FOR YOU
tell me one thing guys if u make a mistake do u blame others or u say to yourself I am responsible for the mistake.. let me know.. because todays I am going to sae with you few things related to this..You have to take your own responsibility. You have to consider that whatever u face u will take it positively and u will not blame others... he ask you hw r u.. u say I am fine but forget to say what about you.. after he leaves u get upset...
For eg.. U go to a function and and someone came up to you and want to talk to you in English.. Now u start talking and after sometime he/she leaves. U r upset because u unable to talk properly - don't blame others for this.. u may think stupid guy can he speak in local language or u may think every time I try to learn at home someone or the other will come and disturb me.. Instead take the charge and make some learn from this.. blame yourself.if u think negative u will get millions of points like I stay in a place where I can't learn English our edu sys is not good and hence I can't learn fluency - my family background is not good...U have two options either u take this chance and speak or u just say excise me and run away..
Instead just think I will try to change who I am
now u made your mind that u will learn - u take up an English learning book and start studying - after a week u feel nothing I changing because u r learning like a subject..now u r upset and suddenly u come across a video where u c that how that guy learn just by listening .. Here u go.. so start listening guys.. start English listeing practise.. within a month I realised that yes I am improving.. before I can't understand anything but now I can understand English -- I am learning how to use words.. (SHOW)I started understand correct sentences small (SHOW)SO I will tell you to start practising listening at the beginning. slowly your grammar sense also developed because I learnt also run-on sentences like (SHOW)I learnt parra structures (SHOW)n that's how my grammar improved....
SO that u need to do -- start listeinng today Try eng Videos to learn -because if u watch other language to learn English u will get the habit of translation and u can't become fluent - and every time before u speak u will think and then speak..
One more thing I want to share and I m sure many of your guys will agree - once I learn English then I will start speaking in eng..now change your mind set.. say I will speak and I will learn English..what will happen is that u will start speaking and that will improve your fluency.. those who think that they will learn and speak the problem is that whatever they learn it stays inside and doesn't come out due to lack to speaking practise,,
here I will share a technique -- suppose u want to become very good in English then learn some opposite words and some synonyms of different words..
eg.. u use the word important again an again instead of that u can learn to say - essential, crucial , vital,
one more eg.. u always say I want to improve my English -- u can use enhance, excel, strong..also u can modify your sentence like - I want to develop my eng comm skills, I want to become. proficient speaker
now the final point is to speak.. and for that u need to develop confidence -- how to build confidence -- whatever u learn new explain to someone and one suppose a kid or a friend or just record it .. try to explain properly. once done u will understand if your learning is proper or u need to work more once u r ready again expalain.. 3 benefits -- one presentation skill develop2nd confidence 3rd multiple revision and this revision will help you to remember the things u learnt u will not forget..
this will help you to lean English better and become fluent speaker
One final tip if u want to become a great not only good eng speaker u should have 3 things inside you --a massive desire -- A strong determination - action plan massive desire means if u r thirsty u need water -- u leave everything and drink water same way..strong determination -- I met many who say I am a beginner they learn for few days and leave because they feel its tough - boring - time consuming finally our mind gets bored after sometime -- gets demotivated -- so use different plan to learn..

I have really watched this video constantly five times with the true interest of my determination and for my knowledge about how to describe my self conscious about improving my English language skills and it’s not easy for me to learn English in a few months because it’s a very wasteful language for learning ,speaking and to understand others eccentric English language skills for me and my experience to understand others and how to describe my self conscious to the others and it’s very important for me because without my English knowledge being a Arabic teacher i will be unable to teach My students in Uk and then I am really become a useless person , I have to learn more English language skills for my future life’s and try to make my own twenty years knowledge of learning will be useful for me because I am not Illiterate person who has knowledge about the education system but I am nothing without English knowledge and that’s why I should have tried my best to learn English language for my future 🎉
