Like your presentation and the manner in which you work. Best video maker I have seen with Slot Car topics. Great job.
Thank you so much!!!
A great explanation of scale, can’t wait to see more episodes.
Cheers Jim
As a model railroader, I can say you are spot on! Also as a former home repair person, I can tell of many times I would be hanging pictures for a customer. They would come in the room and say, "Are those pictures 'level'?" And i always responded, "Do they "look" level?" It was never about "level" it was about making sure all straight edges, i.e. picture frames and door or window frames were aligned. That, would make it "look" level. And that was really, even if they didn't know it, what they wanted in the first place. ...Claude
Indeed!! Excellent analogy!!
The selective compression makes so much sense. Thanks for explaining it so well. By doing so with scenery one can make 1/2 mile of scale track look so much longer.
Thanks for the kind words!!
Incredible track
Thank you!
very nice and interesting video thank you
Really interesting video, thank you for posting. Doorways and ceiling heights have to be correct, but only on the first storey (see Disneyland).
Forced perspective... I have as actually done that a lot on railroads.
Why I love TH-cam
As former US Army Ranger I have your answer to "Tree Top" level. At 200 feet AGL or "Tree Top" level, lower your equipment! (Above Ground Level)
Yup, I'm an old Air Force guy... lol
Love your vids ,but please trun a few more lights on in the room?
