There's a slate quarry like this in nantle near snowdon. Has similar buildings machinery even old cars when I last went there but that was in the 80's lol .

Need to visit mid wales and see some of our old metal mines, see some cool artifacts like the wooden wheelbarrows, miner's hob nail boot prints, and the awesome formations

You need to check out Parys Mountain in Anglesey (it's old mine workings not a mountain).

Trying to work out where you all overnighted. It seemed a long way from the next (speeded up) clip going through Llan Ffestiniog to Blaenau Ffestiniog before your climb up to Maenofferen Quarry. I grew up there so know this area well. You’ve only just scratched the surface of the quarries in the area, although you might have paid a few more visits in the last year. Given it a like and subscribe as I enjoy the memories it brings back.
