Excess moisture in the home is why I never have used paper buildings. Bummer !!! Really like this track plan and do I see where the 2 units hinge? What is the degree of the cross over please?? Very nice and the best I have seen in a long time and I have been in this hobby for over 60 years.

This is a good switching layout. It looks like a 25 degree crossing with a number 4 left hand and number 4 right hand Atlas Custom Line turnouts. I had a layout with the same track arrangement.

David, I think the crossover is the Atlas snap-track 30 degree. All of the switches are Atlas snap-track, so no accurate frog number. I have an 8-part series on the construction of the layout. Here is the address for the 4th video that shows module construction. th-cam.com/video/FwAmHnXhzjM/w-d-xo.html

@@armandisip2287 This layout was inspired by a real industrial park served by the CB&Q.

@@DavidBarnkowThanks for your replies, David. I hope to use your construction techniques and card system when I build my next layout. 😊

@@DavidBarnkow Thank you for getting back to me. I also use Atlas snap track switches as I have about half of my engines battery powered and the rest of the DCC ones have the "stay alive" unit.

Looks like that was a good show Dave. How's the On48 On30 layout doing. Enjoy your day. Ray L

Ray, I have decided to remove all the snow fro the On30/On48 Double Inglenook. As you recall, all of the track is handlaid, thus making snow removal more tedious. I have also worked on the O-gauge 2-rail 4-4-0 American Type conversion to On48. I broke one of the main driver On48 axle. I redid it in steel instead of brass.
