Founder of the Office of Ryūe Nishizawa and co-founder of SANAA, Ryūe Nishizawa is one of the most important and influential architects working in Japan today. Based in Tokyo, SANAA is often said to work with a "fourth dimension" in their design of space, and Nishizawa's solo work takes this position to engineering and spatial extremes. In this video, recorded for The World Around Summit 2021, Nishizawa discusses his recent project, a single-family house on the coast of Chile.

I designed a similar type of project in 2007 for a rolling mountain environment. The client never went forward. I still have the model and plans.
