While the World Serpent was going toe-to-toe with Thor, who gave Kratos quite the trouble, and only got sent back in time because their fight affected the World Tree.

The Greek Gods were very strong, they all held their own against Kratos blinded by his rage, albeit they still lost. When he fought the Norse Pantheon, he was much mor controlling of his rage, and didn’t allow it to blind him. Even if he grew stronger with time, his rage was what allowed him to Destroy the Greek Pantheon. The Norse Gods wouldn’t stand a chance

Considering the norse cosmology, maybe Magni still would be able to beat Hercules, i don't know, but for the cosmology, Magni scale at a minimum low multiversal and at maximum low complex multiversal.
