As far as i am aware . There are three chakhesang khezha villages in Manipur. Jessami, soraphung ( korwemi ) . The village of Chingjaroi/ Asinei ( Khatsomi by the chakhesangs) originally a poumai tangkhul village which has alot of Chakhesang influence because of the migration of some chakhesang clans to the village. Together these three are the Tenyimi sisters of ukhrul district.
Nagas are dissected by India n Burma right after they got independence frm the Britishers,the present Nagaland consists only a mere 20-30% of actual Naga boundaries though arbitrary lines are drawn to dissect the Naga ppl as the Britishers did to them with the Divide n rule policy deep inside they all know where thier roots n origin cme from i.e from the same blood called as Naga People...Kuknalim!

Accent and tuning is a little different from village to village , but the dialect is the same Chakhesang Khezha dialect which their counterparts from Phek district speak

About election, it is not possible but in some cases of old settlers like-meitie person or other non-naga community (Dimapur) who are enlisted in particular village council receives voter slip. Some on behalf of naga voter might've sneak inn as a proxy vote before!

However, Dimapur was an ancient city of Dima Raja (non-naga) who abandoned and left towards now Diphu, Assam. Today, there are State Govt recognized communities as Non-Naga Minority Indigenous of Nagaland, that includes communities like dimasa kacharis, Nepalese, Kukis, etc..who settled long during British era and pre-statehood at Dists like Peren and the then Dimapur. They mostly inhabits as colony within Village council and few a Govt recognized villages. However, Dimapur is also known as mini-india with mainland business communities co-existing together for ages!

Makhel is the birth place of Nagas. It is in Senapati district of Manipur bordering Nagaland I guess.

Do dimapur naga know Manipuri language? I heard about that they know it. And do Meitei get the chance for voting in election? We know that many Meiteis live in Nagaland from the very past.
@Rylekamei_laishram ..not all but most can recognize and speaks few basic manipuri words since it's amusing! About election, it is not possible but in some cases of old settlers like-meitie person or other non-naga community (Dimapur) who are enlisted in particular village council receives voter slip. Some on behalf of naga voter might've sneak inn as a proxy vote before!

@Rylekamei_laishram: Since Dimapur is now within the state Nagaland, so Naga people are the sole owner (may be 90%). However, Dimapur was an ancient city of Dima Raja (non-naga) who abandoned and left towards now Diphu, Assam.
Today, there are State Govt recognized communities as Non-Naga Minority Indigenous of Nagaland, that includes communities like dimasa kacharis, Nepalese, Kukis, etc..who settled long during British era and pre-statehood at Dists like Peren and the then Dimapur. They mostly inhabits as colony within Village council and few a Govt recognized villages. However, Dimapur is also known as mini-india with mainland business communities co-existing together for ages!

The real manipuris are meeteis/meiteis. Others are nagas and kukis. Proof : In assam, tripura, parts of burma/myanmar and bangladesh they are known as manipuri(s).

Even among chakhesang the kheza dialect of Losami, Jessami and Krowemi are totally different from other Kheza dialect. The titles are also similar like Lohe, Mekrisuh, Ktara etc
I know there are chakhesang in manipur but they were angami before and the headgear they use is like the rongmei who lives in the hills wore
