Today's recipe is Stuffed Chicken Naan 😍 Recipe By Chef Hafsa
you'll need following ingredients to make it
1/4cup yogurt
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2tbsp oil
2 cups flour
1tsp instant dry yeast
water as required
chicken bonless 250g
2 onion small
4 green chilli
1tbsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1tsp chicken powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp ghee
milk for brushing on naan
seasame seeds and coriander leaves to sprinkle
Bake at 180C for 25-30 min then grill for color on top

Try heating a big pan on chula for 5 mins . Put some stand like that of oven or any plate then after heating while the lid is covered of the big patila put the mixture that u made n cover it well . In sha Allah it will turn our to be like this but heating time zyada lage ga around 40 plus meim chule pe panta hai
