Having cauliflower rice tonight with salmon. The one reason for me to buy the frozen kind is because I’m cooking for 1. I think a head of cauliflower would make too much. I’m not sure if it lasts long in the fridge/freezer. Trying to incorporate more veggies in my diet.
Hi Janet. Thanks for the comment. I've reached out to staff and will try to get an updated recipe out as soon as we can. In the meantime, Nicole mentioned that the fried rice recipe we link to is what she referenced, the differences are that she modified it a little by adding butter, a little bit of onions, some cabbage and rice vinegar (instead of mirin). (And from personal experience, this recipe is very forgiving and is hard to mess up - and it's delicious!) - MyRecipes TH-cam
@@myrecipes Thanks for your reply. It's just not the recipe she demonstrates, so that's what I was looking for. One big difference is scrambling the eggs first or adding eggs later. The printed recipe has scrambling first, that's not what she demonstrates. I'm trying to determine what best method is for fried rice. I always add to the rice, not scramble the egg first. Anyway, I did make it and agree rather forgiving. But the recipes are so different to me and I think if you're going to list a recipe to go with the video it should actually be the recipe that's in the video. Even so, it was great!

Very cool! Next meal for me.
Thank you for sharing the tip
Gonna try this! Thanks!
I bought a manual ricer to make mine and it was too much for the ricer. So I did it by pulsing in a Blendtec blender and it was perfect, to die for.
Excellent tip!
Thank you.
Great video! Lol😆
Thank you for sharing.
Perfect! Thx!
Can this be frozen?, does it need blanching before freezing (if it can be done)
Amazing!!! Thanks
Could you dry it in a dehydrator either with or without blanching?
How about Cauliflower pizza. I would love to get your recipe on it.
Damn. Thank you for this
Loved this video and wanted to make this version, but the recipe you have posted is not the recipe she demonstrated. Can you correct?
