Great choice. Really been enjoying your videos and like that all of your gear has a very classic look to it. We have similar taste on the Northwoods and the Emerson. Looking forward to more of your content. Thanks!
+Heirphoto Thank you! I really appreciate it.🖒I really like vintage stuff from back in the day. You just don't see quality and craftsmanship like that nowadays. I have another slipjoint on the way so I should have another video dropping very soon. Thanks again! 👊
Say Heah Brother, Yeah, I started with a plain Ole Bravo 1, Infact Jason at DLT gave me a good price because I bought the last Ghost Green Jade G-10 Handle in A2. That Bravo started a 4Knife Set all in the same handles and steel. I got the Woodland Special, Bravo 1, Bravo 2 and the Golok. A real nice set to pick and choose from. Then the 3V came out and I got (2) Bravo 1's and a Bravo 1.5 in 3V because I just luv my Bravo 1, I also got the ramps. I still use my first Bravo alot and she does me good, I usually team her with my B R Woodland Special as my neck knife and my B R Golok to clear, chop, and baton with. Yeah, It's one of my Fav's Combo's. My Bravo 1 is a little larger than your B R Gunny, but just the right size for me. It's a great Survival Bushcraft Knife. Good luck with your Beauty, I know you got a good one, Dilly, Dilly.,,.p
I don't have any experience with A2, but I did ask a friend of mine that dose have a lot of experience with BRK's. He told me A2 does not hold an edge very well, especially when compared to elmax and 3v. Also, A2 will rust. That's how I based my decision on going with the elmax and I'm extremely happy with it, and how it holds an edge. Mine still has the factory edge, but keep in mind, I don't use it everyday.
shiner-RC Yep, it was spitting a little, but it's slacked off now. They say it's going to snow later on tonight. We shall see! 👀 Yea, the BR wasn't cheap, but they are a little cheaper than that MSRP on the box. These are the kind of knives you can pass down through family. Definitely quality and SHARP! 🔪
I like those types of knifes and we are suppose to get around three inches more or less I have to start looking for a new pocket knife plus I am trying to save a little cash to get me a new pistol
