Thank you so much for this, just awesome. My first Officiating was an elopement for a friend, on one day's notice when she got her license. Her mother, father and daughter came to my house with her fiancé. I had 30 minutes after my day's activities to prepare. I am so lucky that my mom and aunt turned the house into a bridal chapel when I called them. I am very lucky that my friend was forgiving on my script. However, some 15 months later, I'm opening my own services and definitely want scripts! Glad to find you here and your website.

Great video, what is the difference when it comes to the script elopement vs traditional wedding?

Typically in my version of an elopement I have a basic template and I add the couple's names in. In the traditional wedding or larger "full ceremony" I spend a good amount of time crafting their love story and values into the entire thing. With the elopement I still add their name in and use some elements of their love story, such as the values that I asked them about in the questionnaire, but I do not customize the entire script to fit them. It is still a basic template with elements of their story added in. Which is the reason the price is quite a bit different for an elopement and a traditional full ceremony.
