      +Gerry Lam it is like that from 8:00am until 7:00pm and the best part there is only ten parking spaces at the big store and actually illegal to park on the street or highway here

    You should build a small tiny house for tourist to stay. Bed and breakfast or they could cook there own food, just to give you a small income.

    Any specials today? You should do what this woman I know does everywhere she goes, she asks if she can get the senior discount. Love those places where you pick the food from the pot, common, but hard to find a roomy clean one like that.

    That was a great Video Dan. I have seen similar looking market places in other countries so I felt right at home, despite the various cultural differences. Nice to see you and the family out and about in town, going to market and enjoying the new restaurant. I'm curious. . . How far do you live from Talibon? Does it take long to get there?

    • @BlindOwl-Outdoors
      @BlindOwl-Outdoors  7 ปีที่แล้ว

    Do they have a big malls in talibon? Like SM mall, you'll see a lot of imported goods inside SM grocery store. Nice foods but good company sometimes a lot better than food. I mean good friends.

    • @BlindOwl-Outdoors
      @BlindOwl-Outdoors  7 ปีที่แล้ว

      +Jane Dudynsky no there is one small store that is it with a very small selection of goods, limited selection no international section, no outdoor products. Even Tagbilaran City malls are small and very limited

    I hope to visit Bohol someday. How much do hotels run there?

    • @BlindOwl-Outdoors
      @BlindOwl-Outdoors  7 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      +Heidi R where we are there are no hotels but rooms in pension houses are usually under $20 and are nice and clean, private bathrooms, no pools or restaurants but nice places to stay
      In the big cities hotels are available but much more expensive we stay in pension house in the city too

    Where would you send money, if you wanted to help feed the poor people out in the Philippines?

    • @BlindOwl-Outdoors
      @BlindOwl-Outdoors  7 ปีที่แล้ว

      +Matthew Henning there are poor people everywhere here. We feed a few people on Sundays at our church but I have no info on any big operations. There is a guy in naga Cebu feeds kids once a week. If we could get the funding we could for a program to feed kids at school but it would be very costly, sorry I don't have the answers you need

      BlindOwl Outdoors how much would it cost to feed the kids at the school?

    • @BlindOwl-Outdoors
      @BlindOwl-Outdoors  7 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      +Matthew Henning say for one day a week there are seven class rooms average 35 kids per class that's a lot of kids. I will have to look into it then the logistics of it is beyond us, pans, somewhere to cook it, what to serve it on. I will ask around to see if anyone would help with the labor. I think it might be beyond our resources. Built will ask around and ask the head teacher too.

    • @BlindOwl-Outdoors
      @BlindOwl-Outdoors  7 ปีที่แล้ว

      +jimcunningham61 no it is not in town the drivers ignore the crosswalks, we should not have been jaywalking but there is only one zebra crossing.
