Nice hunt and happy belated birthday. Seeing those pegs packed to the brim felt good, in my area Target usually stocks every few months. Target hasn't been putting stuff in the system over where I live too, I did exactly what you did. At first the lady said "I can't sell you this item, it doesn't belong to the store" and I really didn't feel like fighting with her, I could tell she was in a bad mood by her tone. I just went back grabbed another car. Scanned it twice and went along. Targets customer service is ridiculous.

I’m obsessed with these due to just how crazy the variety is; how they make toys of EVERY. SINGLE. CHARACTER (I.E. the car in the Rusteze commercial whose face we never see, Dr. Mater’s GTO, or the random donut truck from Planes: Fire & Rescue) and if that wasn’t weird enough, they also make toys of every single appearance of a character like Mater with wasabi on his fleshy car tongue, or Guido with the Italian flag wig.
It’s crazy and I want them all.
I am also a collector of cars which I usually like 😊 and I even save the target that are stocked like that but the rare ones were like someone buy it 😮😮

I have. Never anything cars related unfortunately.
Really? Wow, every time I go to Goodwill here there seems to be something from the Cars 2 era on the shelves. Once, I even found a 2006 Chick Hicks at a yard sale. Maybe it's an Arizona thing.
I dare you to, for your next PCP vlog, try hitting thrift stores or yard sales at least once a week and see if anything pops up. You never know! My Siddely came from an estate sale. Craigslist is often a good place to find yard sales, too.
