Brandon Feng My favorite by far are the Hidrocor Ocre lenses. I love them because they range from the natural hazel/honey brown to green and grey; a subtle, yet beautiful change for me. I have also purchased other Hidrocor lenses: Quartzo, Grafite, Marina, and Natural Colors Mel.

What is the difference between grafite 2015 and 2016, how do U order the specific model. I ordered hidrocore grafite last year in June and it was beautiful colour but then I ordered hidrocore Mel, topazio and quarto they were so ugly. They we're completely Halloween colours. I would like to reorder the grafite but I am worried I might get something different again so is there a way u can instruct them to send specific lens from specific year.

So just to be clear those are the Natural Colors Cristal and not the Hidrocor Crystal right?
I ordered from Paranalentes in the past and have had no problems, but this time I ordered Hidrocor Aveala and Hidrocor Mel- the aveala was fine, but the mel! They sent me Mel in the right eye and ocre in the left. I contacted them, they replied asking for pictures, I sent them and no response! I'm very very disappointed.
I have just sent them another email after a week of nothing and I don't know if they're going to make this right. All I want is for them to send the left eye mel- that's it....
I do'nt know if I'll buy from them again :( Please advise on what else I can do :(

have you tried the azul? I'm thinking of getting azul or graphite. I'm looking for a blue that looks natural enough but is still noticeable. I have the topazio which are pretty but way too bright in my opinion! give me slightly zombie-ish eyes. would love your opinion:)

Yes :) Cristal is so much more natural now. the opacity before was a little too bright for my eyes. But now, it's the perfect colour
Can you wear these contact lenses even if you don't need glasses? Like can you can no prescription lenses just to color your eyes for fun once in a while?
Of course, I wear them no prescription only for cosmetic purposes.

I haven't tried this year's collection in Hidrocharme Crystal but I know Natural Colors Crystal looks natural in person so I'm hoping so does the Hidrocharme :)

I always suggest going to an optometrist for a better opinion.
In my opinion hidrocor esmeralda and mel suits best from all.You look more beautiful with green contacts this is my personal opinion.

Graphite is definitely more natural looking in person. The old opacity of mel used to be more of my preference. It's still natural but kinda yellow for me now.

You will get the 2016 one :) but then again.. I'm not sure what it would look like on your eyes since it differs from person to person. Hope this helped :)
Hey I'm trying to figure out what would be the best colour for me because I have very dark brown eyes, black hair and fair yellow toned skin. I was thinking of getting Topazio Hidrocharme or Natural Colors or a grey, whichever is most natural or Mel to wear every day *and not look at all freaky** just to look very natural. What do you suggest? I really love the Topazio but I've seen some ugly photos of it. I love hidrocharme but I'm not sure how natural it looks

If I were you I would buy the Mels to compliment your skin tone. I own Hidrocor Topazio and before that I owned Natural Colors Ice. They both suited me well but I have my complexion more on the fair neutral cold side.
i also have dark brown eyes and hair and fair yellow toned skin. Hidocore grafite looked very natural on me. But they were from 2015.

Hi, always consult your optometrist. Solotica's are comfortable on my eyes because I clean them well and soak them up in contact solution well. But I would recommend you talk to your optometrist.
Soloticas are not famous in terms of comfort. I recommend you to rinse them very well before you them in the eyes. Also, give a go for some eye drops, your eyes might get easily dry. This is what I did and I solved the problem. Be very careful with hygiene and so.
I was very hesitant. My English is not good enough and no one can help my country about solotica lenses.
I want little green and very very little blue based and super natural looking lenses.

Hello! I was wondering, what exactly is the difference between the Hidrocor Quartz from 2015 to this current Quartz? Because the Hidrocor Quartz from 2015 made me look like a zombie.
The Quartz this year made me look like a zombie still lol.. I would say last year's Quartz had more yellow-ish blue-ish and green-ish colours all in one. This year, it's more towards light blue with a hint of yellow just in the middle

Hey, so since you seem to be super familiar with solotica lenses I wanted to ask your advice. I have lighter brown eyes and they have a little bit of green and aren't quite hazel but you can see my skin color and hair color in my profile and I want a super natural look. Do you think mel would be too light a color on me in your opinion because obviously I don't want them to look zombie like. The Mel would look nice. The ones that never look natural in person are the quartzo, topazio, azul, marine, Esmeralda... Yeah that's all I can think of. I'm wearing the natural colors quartzo 2015 in my profile pic with my cat ears, I wore them on Halloween. The new NC cristal 2016 look realistic as well as the avela and ambar. The avela and ambar are the older (more natural) opacity of the new Mel and ocre actually. People fought to get those back and won. I've also seen people saying they love the hidrocor grafite and hidrocor ice

If you're concerned, always visit your eye doctor for the best and safest advice :) I always recommend everyone to do that first
What's difference between the old opacity of hidrocore Mel and the new opacity of hidrocore Mel?
New Opacity is slightly less yellow but still very similar to the old one :)

Do you wear glasses? Those numbers are for the power of each eye. If you're not sure, consult you optometrist.

You should consult your eye doctor to be on the safe side :) but usually number means power. So I don't wear glasses, my power is 0 for both my eyes. If you wear glasses, you would know your power for each eye

maximum 12h a day for 7 days straight (it's best to give your eyes a rest after that) and the lenses last for a year after open

Hey Vartika, I actually bought the Solotica Hidrocor Honey and Quartz and used your discount :) - thanks for that! But these lenses turned out to be very disappointing. It's almost as if they are too small for my eyes, in terms of diameter. When I have them on I can still see a tiny edge of my brown eyes. These only come in one diameter size, right? Looks like the natural color and hidrocharme ones are a little larger but they have that dark ring around them

I think i wore Freshlook lenses in gray. I was fitted for them at the doctots office. But i dont think they were toric. I found out i have astigmatism and i should wear toric. Those are circle lenses and hear they are bad. I want the Solitica lenses, I wonder if they would fit like the Freshlook. I guess i will just have to find out.

My optician said that if I'm gonna use lenses it has to be the toric ones, he said that its useless to wear the non toric because it wont help with your astigmatism.. anyhow,, i bought the toric solotica hidrocor mel lenses and im still waiting for them, i hope that they wont be thicker than the non toric cuz everyone is already complaining about that :(

In both the years (2014, 2015) when I bought from paranalentes, my lenses came in about 3 weeks. I knew the time for shipping was longer, but I had patience. The reason, at that moment, for buying from paranalentes was that they were really given credit from solotica.com that they sell genuine products. This year maybe I will give a try to lens.me (they are new on the market). I heard good reviews about them, with very fast shipping, and free besides that.
