- The 3rd overall pick in the 2022 NHL draft by the Arizona Coyotes, Logan Cooley was second in scoring at the 2023 World Juniors. His 7 goals and 7 assists help Team USA win the bronze medal.

@@matthew3576 You may want to look at the US-Canada WJC record from recent years more closely. The US has the upper hand on Canada in the record when it comes to head-to-head in the last decade or so. The US won 4 gold in the last 12 years. Canada is still better, but this idea that Canada "dominates" the US in hockey, is a pretty old way of thinking.
Not sure why you all are doing a dick measuring competition anyway. Can't you all just enjoy the fact that international hockey is slowly becoming more equitable and competitive? It would be boring if Canada won every year (And yes, I would say the same thing if it was the US. It's exactly why I don't watch Olympic basketball).

In a league where Brayden Point and Johnny Gaudreau are stars I'm sure Cooley will be fine. Edgework and on-ice awareness are far more important than size

@@Baleygrr He became the all time goal scorer and point leader for Canada at the juniors at 17, he's clearly a very special player.
@@user-gg5td1dk2wthey had two blow out games where he padded his stats. His offense is good. He is a terrible defensive player and absolutely brutal in small battles. Never comes out with the puck
