The white boxes are TIP250 mosfet drivers, which are better than the 2110 or 2113. I hope this guy can build a better board than the EGS002. I have tried to build an inverter twice and the EGS002 has burned out the same two mosfets both times. I can't tell what the problem is. Maybe the EG8010 chip is junk or (more likely) the 2113 mosfet drivers.
The EG8010 is an ASIC. That stands for Application Specific Integrated Circuit. It is not programmable. It is hardwired internally to do what it does. You choose various options by how you hook it up, and once you power it on, it just starts working.

You did the 50 to 60 conversion wrong and may have damaged the board. You must REMOVE the jumper from the 50 hz position and then INSTALL it in the 60 hz position. All the jumpers are like that. If you can't replace the jumper, you can bridge the correct solder pads with a blob of solder in the correct position. Do not do this without removing the jumper from the other position first. Be sure of your positions, or you will cause a dead short and may burn the board.

In file it shows controller is ATMega8 & in video it is EG8010.
