What do you mean when you say the 2030 starts and stops wherever in needs to? I'm not sure I understand, does it mean the motor turns itself on randomly?
It means that when you stop the motor it just stops wherever it happens to be at that time. Whereas with higher end instruments the motor will always return to the open position when it is stopped
