It has already been a week since kanade and mizuki died from the hanahaki disease, Mafuyu was walking to the library outside her school when she ended up in a tree lined street, Mafuyu stopped walking and stands still as it was very quiet and peaceful since nobody was there.
Mafuyu saw kanade appear in front of her with a smile, as mafuyu got surprised and she felt happy and a little hurt in her heart when she saw kanade again, for some reason mafuyu wanted to cry and just hug kanade saying 'sorry' over and over again to her, but kanade quickly disappears as mafuyu realized that it was just an illusion making mafuyu just stand there in silence with tears in her eyes
